Accommodation Porta di Massa - Historic Center

Marco was the perfect host and his apartment is exactly as described. It is in a great location to visit the historical centre, Spanish Quarter and other great sites. It is within walking distance to the train station where you can catch trains to famous historical sites such as Pompeii. Marco met us at the apartment and welcomed us. He sent us great restaurant recommendations. He also checked in the next day to make sure everything was ok. He agreed a later check out which was much appreciated as our plane was not until the evening. Do not hesitate to book this apartment.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this place hosted by the amazing and friendly Marco. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home in this beautiful space. Marco made sure we had everything we needed, he was always available and he provided the best local recommendations and tips ! Everything was perfect, the apartment was impeccably clean and it was very calm at night. It is also very well located, making it easy to explore the city by walk. Additionnaly, the apartment was fully equipped with everything one could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary cooking essentials and there were also cleaning supplies available. Overall, I would highly recommend Casa 11 to anyone looking for a fantastic place in Napoli. With its great location, amenities, and wonderful host, it truly has everything we were looking for. The stay with Marco was great. He was very helpful, always available via Whatsapp and gave and a lot of helpful tips in the area. The entrance to the apartment is a bit daunting, but the area is very safe and super to reach all the main places in Naples.

Dear Marco, It was a pleasure to discover Napoli, from your flat, very well located, near the centre storico , near the metro station, and very closed to the mole for the visit of Capri, Ischia or procida island. Located in an old, typical Napolitain building, this apartment is very well located. 10 minutes walk from Napoli historical center. In a quite quiet street. This accommodation is clean, well furbished and nicely decorated. We received a warm and friendly welcome from Marco and his wife.

We stayed in the appartment for 4 nights, with 3 adults. It's in the University district, which is very central in Naples. Only 3 min walk from the Metrostation and lots of eating places and nice squares nearby. Although in the midlle of the center, it was noiseless in the appartment. Good beds and shower, and good kitchen. Wifi worked perfectly. Marco, the host is very kind and willing to help you with any questions about the city or the appartment. The only thing we didn't like was the damp / moist smell in the appartment. Maybe it was because of the time of year (january) and it's better in summer. The appartment had a good price-quality. We had a great time in Naples!

Marco was very kind and helpful - and excellent host

First off, Marco, the owner, was friendly, quick to respond to my questions. He met us at the apartment and had restaurant recommendations ready for us. But, I rented a two bedroom apartment and one of the bedrooms was locked off from our use. The apartment was clean, no Tvs, which I missed in the description I guess. The building itself is in dire need of repair. You walk through a fence and then into a concrete tunnel to get into the apartment. The hallway itself is dark with barbed wire on some of the railings. The apartment is on the third floor, with no elevator. The owner provides two bath towels, but there is a washing machine, so you can wash them as needed. The upstairs neighbor's dog barked until midnight. I did not feel safe in the building, nor the entire street, but that is my personal feeling. Once again, the owner was wonderful.

Enjoyed our stay. Apartment was clean/comfortable/updated. Close to bus & major train station. Grocery virtually next door. A lot of shopping/food nearby. Great, helpful host. Highly recommend.
