The host was kind and kept up on snow plowing. His place is in pristine condition and close to everything.

Having a designated parking spot was unexpected and a very good surprise! The place was spotless, the beds very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. Very walkable to many places.

Parents Weekend for my daughter who is a student at Case Western She lives right around the corner so it was super convenient to see her and walk to the events on campus. Everything was as pictured. Well stocked with everything. Check in and check out were super easy. Good communication with host. Loved that there was a designated parking spot as parking can be a bit chaotic in Little Italy but there was also some street parking. Would definitely stay here again for future visits with my daughter!

We were only there overnight. It was a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and comfortable. Parking was hard to find but we did arrive very late and it was dark. There was a diagram left in the house (added photo) which would have been helpful prior to arrival. The address needed to be more visible the numbers were small and couldn’t be seen from the vehicle and we had to park get out of the car and go looking for the house. Overall it was a pleasant stay and if it would have been daylight we probably wouldn’t have had these issues. We would definitely stay again and hopefully have more time to explore the area.

We loved staying here for our time in Cleveland. The neighborhood is close so much and is very walkable. The decor made us very happy and Mr. Byram was very communicative. Would stay here again!

Nice, clean house, well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Great Little Italy neighborhood felt safe and walking distance to University Circle and park. Would definitely stay here again when in Cleveland.

Convenient location -- easy to get downtown and walkable neighborhood. Parking was a plus. Host very responsive and communicative.

My husband was a patient at CC and we stayed here for 2 weeks. The apartment was comfortable, spacious and clean. The kitchen was easy to cook and dine in. Refrigerator and freezer clean, spacious and functioned well. So many lovely surrounding Italian eateries and pastry shops within easy walking distance. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. There is another apartment upstairs but we were lucky it was quiet. I was a little nervous initially but we never had one problem. Off street parking was a plus, you park 2 houses down on a gravel driveway. Vey easy. Met the owner by accident because I never had to call him and he was a delight. The laundry area downstairs is also a plus. Did not go home with dirty clothes. He supplies the apartment with plenty of towels, dish soap and gets you started with paper goods. Plenty of spices in cabinets. The coffee maker is a drip but we brought our Keurig. It is a short drive to CC or if you are public transportation savvy it is a short walk to the RTA station. Recommend Fairfax Market for grocery shopping on East 105th Street. Lots of things to do in the area if you are there for fun very close to Universities, Museums, Orchestra. Only suggestion would be to improve the TV/ streaming set up. Owner did make us aware of that. Thank you and hope to return when healthy.

Property was just as advertised. It is not fancy but clean and the location is excellent. Only suggestion - consider providing better pillows for the beds. There were only 2 per bed and they were very flat and not very comfortable.

We needed a place to stay while visiting a family member at University Hospital. The property was charming and clean in a quiet, safe and lovely neighborhood, and is walking distance to the hospital. It gave us a peaceful place to go during our stay.

This apartment was perfect! We came to Cleveland to tour Case Western and were able to walk (easily) to the Welcome Center for our tour & info session. The location couldn’t have been better. Plus, the street is quaint, the apartment has character, is well equipped, and is clean, and the owner was super responsive. We could not have been happier. Thank you!

Cute place within walking distance of little Italy. Some noise from upstairs neighbors but is to be expected in this part of town :)Host was great at communicating!

Fantastic stay in Little Italy. We were in town from Ft. Lauderdale for our daughter's bridal shower. We had time to take advantage of the culture, food and vino that Little Italy had to offer, which never disappoints. The location was perfect, the apartment was clean, and well taken care of. No problems with checking in or out. Looking forward to staying again, sooner than later. 6 stars!

I lived in the area in the 70’s so it was a trip down memory lane. My friend had never been to Cleveland, thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Loved the neighborhood and the little gem of the house. It was a treat for both of us.

I really enjoyed my stay here; the neighborhood was safe, quiet and right next to Cleveland's wonderful Little Italy neighborhood! I only regret that I did not have more time to check out more of the excellent restaurants!

Great location within walking distance to restaurants and shops! Good kitchen amenities and entertainment options. Would absolutely go back!
