Stayed Sep 6, 2025Car broken into last night. Medical supplies, two full suitcases, and a backpack with computer and printer and some other things stollen. Gated community evidently not secure. Would not recommend as neighborhood is questionable. Police report filed. Will need to have Adobe management and unit owner file claim.

Stayed Apr 7, 2021This place is lovely. Soooooo close to Vanderbilt.....like 3 minutes away..... and that's why we rented this VERY CLEAN place. If you only need to bathe, eat lightly and sleep, this will serve those needs. Forget real cooking, sitting comfortably or taking a safe feeling walk. The kitchen had no kitchen towels or washcloths. There were no coffee filters nor laundry soap. The bathroom needed a hook for your clothes. The bed was very uncomfortable. One can get over all those things, but the three times during our week long stay we heard loud, angry voices outside our door at 2 in the morning and we witnessed two drug deals going down! The owner jumped right in and put the culprits on written notice by posting them on their door but..... it's scary and did not give you the best feeling while you're trying to walk as part of your recovery from surgery. Like I said, dollar for dollar, if you're at Vanderbilt most of the time and only use this place to sleep, bathe and light eat, you'll be ok. Jim and Emily were great, doing the very best possible to polish this diamond in the hood.

Stayed Jan 15, 2019The interior was fine. Bed was great, except they use flat sheet where they should use fitted. The train(s) run too close to the unit! If you're a light sleeper you have to run the heater/ac at night to muffle outside noise. The neighborhood leaves lots to be desired, scary for people who aren't used to transient lifestyle. Abode did their best to accommodate us but in the end I would NEVER stay there again...sorry
