Stayed Jul 5, 2023We stayed for 7days to go around the area, looking at potential real estate, in St Pete. Though the writeup gave the impression that it was a one bedroom, it was a all integrated, large studio. The amenities were OK for us and satisfactory. The AC was not Central but a split unit, powerful but making the sleeping area more cooler than the sitting part of the apartment. Lynette and Don were helpful and non interfering hosts.

Stayed Jan 2, 2022Lynette and Don are wonderful hosts and my accommodations couldn't have been nicer. The second floor balcony looks out over the bayou and the birds that flocked to the bird feeders below were always entertaining to watch. There's so much to do in St. Pete. It was a marvelous and memorable stay. Two big thumbs up!

Stayed Jul 7, 2021The property was beautiful. Loved! Loved! Loved it!!!! Owners made sure you had everything you needed. View was amazing. Place was so clean and decorated nicely. Had coffee, cream & sugar for your mornings. Soap & shampoo. Fluffy towels. No word to describe but amazing!!!!

Stayed Jun 14, 2021We enjoyed The Dolphin and the property. It was very clean and had all the amenities we asked for and also had a keurig (huge bonus for us). It was a nice place to relax at the end of a beach day and several. We stayed in and ordered food rather than going out each night like we do on most vacations.
