This delightful 92 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in the city, sleeping up to 13 guests.

As you step into the hall, a staircase leads up to the house's hall. The property features four bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1: beautifully decorated with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a TV for your entertainment, and a spacious wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2: fitted with a cosy double bed.
- Bedroom 3: fitted with two bunk beds, ideal for younger guests or extra guests.
- Bedroom 4: fitted with a comfortable double bed.

The inviting living area offers a cozy double sofa bed, perfect for relaxing and watching TV after a day of exploring the city. Next to the sitting area, a lovely dining space awaits, ideal for sharing meals with family and friends.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, providing a warm space to prepare delicious meals. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

The neighbourhood is conveniently located, making it easy for tourists to explore the rest of Porto, including the nearby riverside and iconic landmarks such as the Ribeira district and Dom Luís I Bridge. With its lively ambience, rich cultural heritage, and relaxed pace, Bonfim provides a perfect balance of local life and easy access to the best the city has to offer.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. There is free parking in the street.

The nearest metro and train station, Campanhã, is just an 8-minute walk (550 meters).

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in, and you will be required to verify your identity before checking in.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by Portuguese authorities.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
