A Studio & Terrace with character, in the centre of Paris

Our family of 4 loved the cozy, quiet, and safe space that Carole’s studio and terrace provided. We loved the location. Carole was very kind and communicative during our stay, which we very much appreciated. We would recommend staying here!

This is an ideal studio apartment, which is in the interior of building an is isolated from any street noise. It's a wonderful feeling waking up in the morning and looking out of the large windows into the garden! We hope to stay here again very soon!

Very quiet and comfortable. Nearby restaurants and cafes. Easy to get anywhere in the touristy part of Paris. Carole was very nice and helpful. Love the big windows.

We had a fabulous time in this perfect location in the Marais. The location is safe, really near 2 supermarkets, restaurants and all the shopping you can handle.

We loved this cute little apartment. We stayed in February, so not a lot of green, but the courtyard is full of plants. Carole was an amazing communicater, insuring that we were comfortable arriving and that everything met our needs. She even offered some great reccommendations. This is perfect for a couple. If you are in Paris for sightseeing as well as great food and wine, this is the perfect location. There are so many wonderful restaurants and wine bars withing a ten minute walk. Whole heartedly reccomend!

Highly recommend this apartment and its amazing host Carole, who made staying here a true pleasure. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. The apartment was clean and tidy with great personality and also attention to detail. It felt like our new home in Paris and we were sad to have to leave it. Location and neighbourhood were excellent. Easy access to bus and metro, also supermarkets, bakery, restaurants and pharmacy. The perfect base to explore from and also retreat to when quiet is needed. We hope to stay here again next time we are in Paris and will recommend it to our friends. We felt very fortunate to have been here and can't wait to return one day.

We were traveling from Normandy and got a message from Carole that she would be gone when we got there. That was not an issue at all but figuring out which door was the correct one and parking was pretty tricky. This was not hosts fault as the complex had informed her of replanting of all trees within the corridor which blocked our view of the door and entrance. However, every resident was super kind and helpful so once we made it in, it was a good fit for us. I wish I could give this place 5 stars but during our time it wasn’t that due to the replanting. Do yourself a favor and listen to Carole and her suggestions as they were perfect for us to add to our list of things to do! The building is old so if you’re looking for a place to watch TV (didn’t work) and hang out inside…keep Looking!! This location has too much to miss if you do that.

Everything was excellent and Carole very caring and lovely. Perfect with the courtyard as a family. We will come back!

If you want or need a safe, totally quiet apartment with an excellent bed, excellent shower and a wonderful manager then chose this compact studio in the 11th. The apartment is accurate as listed..our devices all worked. We did not use the outside enclosed terrace due to weather but it would enhance chosing this apartment in warmer weather. It is maybe a 5 minute walk to Metro Line 8 . That line gets you from Bastille to Opera ( and beyond.) The area is walkable...there are 3 cafes within 5 minutes. We did not sample the restaurants enough in our area. However, we did enjoy the nearby vegan breakfast Lands and Monkeys As everyone has noted, Carole, the manager, is responsive to any needs! We were very happy to be in the same building as she. Kathleen and Paul

Everything as advertised. Carole was very friendly. Enjoyed the seclusion, quiet, patio and location. Thank you Carole!

Very convenient to 3 Metro stations. Close to Place de Vosges and Marais. Well equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Quiet location in courtyard with small semi-private outdoor seating area. Property manager lives 2 doors away and was very helpful. In high summer, unit may be warm as there did not appear to be screens on the windows. Good non-touristy restaurant nearby, Le Petit Commines.
