This beautiful one-bedroom apartment on the third floor is perfect for couples, but also for business trips. One additional guest can be accommodated in the single sofa bed in the living room (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, opening onto the living area, which is wonderfully lit by large windows on two sides. The flat is completed by a double bedroom and a modern bathroom. State-of-the-art technology, furniture from the best brands and home décor down to the smallest detail make FLAT IRON 10 an apartment of the highest living standards.

Flat Iron is reminiscent of its New York forerunner and inspirer, with its 6 residential floors and panoramic green terrace overlooking the lake, in the residential area of Via al Lido, in Viganello. The Flat seems to come from a futuristic future: its soft curves make it an exception in the skyline of the city of Lugano, enriching it with a new original architectural model. The façade is made of innovative metals and allows views from the inside to the outside, but not vice versa. State-of-the-art technologies and an interior design that has been carefully studied down to the smallest detail make the Flat Iron flats extremely high standing. The Flat Iron has been the subject of numerous newspaper articles and TV reports in July 2021 for the great Spiderman climbing its walls: it is this large fibreglass sculpture that still reminds us of New York's Flatiron, where Marvel's Peter Parker used to work as a journalist!

PLEASE NOTE: The property requires a payment of DEPOSIT. The deposit payment has to be settled during the ONLINE CHECK-IN by credit card. Once the apartment is checked after your departure and found to be in good condition, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card used for payment in 5-7 business days following your check-out.

In the immediate surroundings there are supermarkets, a gym, pharmacy, post office, and a few minutes' walk to the lakefront: the Lido di Lugano is only 5 minutes' walk away, as is the Lanchetta, a renowned bar and restaurant overlooking the waters of the Ceresio. The Exhibition Centre is also just a few minutes away, making the Flat Iron the ideal base for trade fair events, and the Parco Ciani and its villa. 

How to arrive:

By car, from the A2 motorway, take the Lugano Nord exit and set the GPS: in 10 minutes you will reach the apartment. By train, from Lugano station take bus N.6 towards Lugano, Cornaredo for 4 stops and get off at Lugano, Ponte Madonnetta: in 3 minutes on foot you will reach the apartment. Or take bus No. 3 from the Lugano, Ai Frati stop for 9 stops and get off at Viganello, Bottogno: in 2 minutes on foot you will reach the apartment.
