Stayed Mar 17, 2025Very nice place, bedding can be better but not bad, a little bit tight for a family of 4, but is in a very nice and quite neighborhood very close to express way and the Host is very friendly and she didn't exsitated to answer any time we had a question!

Stayed Mar 12, 2025Stay was fine, but felt somewhat deceived. Listing is marked as “private home” when in reality is a townhome that’s been subdivided into three “suites”. So it’s basically a hotel room with no kitchen.Also the unit is up a stairway. This was nowhere in the listing and I would not have booked had I known as it was a great challenge to navigate for my wife who is currently on crutches. Aside from that, the unit was fine, no different than staying at a motel.

Stayed Feb 24, 2025The listing talks about a kitchen area - there was a MW and coffee maker - they had coffee, but nothing to measure it with. The silverware was all plasticware - there were no knives. No soap or shampoo was in the unit- you must bring your own. This is a bare-bones extremely small unit - there was no place for my brother and I to sit and have a conversation. Unless you're desperate - find another place.

Stayed Jan 10, 2025If you’re looking for a nice, clean, quiet place to stay in Tampa close to the airport, you can’t beat this place! Great communication from the owner before and throughout my stay. Easy access with keyless entry so you don’t have to worry about keys. The microwave and small refrigerator were perfect to keep drinks cold and heat up leftovers. I would definitely recommend this place and will most likely book again!

Stayed Jan 23, 2024It was a very good stay and very comfortable. A few small issues were that two lights were burned out when we got there (the hall light in the unit and one of the lights over the twin beds). Also. there were no coffee cups, only plastic glasses and only one plate.
