This spacious 115m² apartment is ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences.

The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a cozy sofa to unwind, a TV for your favorite shows, and a dining table. Large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The room also provides access to a terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and essential cookware and cutlery. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

The apartment has three well-appointed bedrooms. Two standard-size beds (140cms), one of which is an en-suite. The third bedroom has two single beds. All beds are dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.

The bathrooms come stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries.

For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before your arrival.

You can access to a shared pool and football pitch.

Situated on the ground floor, the apartment comes with private parking. The building is accessible via stairs, but you can reach the apartment by elevator through the parking area.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
