Everybody who visits Kelowna frequently knows the importance of location. This beautifully furnished luxury condo is the perfect. Everything is within walking distance, and this is great! Upon arrival we were greeted by the unit manager that showed us in. We found the condo to be a first class and tastefully decorated unit, which is a refreshing change from your typical hotel room. All the amenities that one need were available, and there is a wonderfully well stocked kitchen (inc quality cutlery and crockery). The plush bedrooms and impressive bathrooms were amazing - clean and very functional. There is a little balcony that we utilised on a daily basis - the perfect spot enjoy a late afternoon charcuterie board and an beautiful Okanagan wine. There is safe and secure parking, but it is a relatively tight space, so keep this in mind when renting a vehicle. Having said this, we did park a Chevy Blazer comfortably. It was a wonderful experience and will recommend this place any day.
This was one of the best rentals I’ve stayed in. Perfect location, included parking, beautiful apartment, comfortable beds, every amenity you could hope for. Lovely balcony that was great for people watching, walking distance to some amazing restaurants. Highly recommend.

Location very convenient to local facilities including the beach, walks, shops and nearby hikes. We had a fantastic week in Kelowna and worth going to tourist information centre early in stay as there is a lot of guidance over places to visit. Beautifully furnished apartment which made our stay comfortable. Great to have secure parking which made getting back to the apartment easy. Would thoroughly recommend this stay.
It was a great property to rent, location was perfect super close to the beach and all down town necessities, also the property even had games to offer.

I’ve stayed in the building a couple years now. It’s always a pleasure.
Firstly, the downtown location is second-to-none with the City Park full of huge trees across the street and direct views of Okanagan Lake and the Downtown Marina. A quick walk across the park leads to the Waterfront Promenade / Boardwalk where you can enjoy a relaxing stroll along the lake. If you prefer shopping or dining, there are plenty of options nearby and within walking distance. The massive windows that span almost the entire west side of the unit offer stunning views, as does the balcony. The beds and linens were comfortable and it was nice that there was a choice of bed pillows suitable for different types of sleepers (side, back, stomach.) It was noted in the condo manual that one of the bedrooms can get warm, so the owner has supplied a remote-controlled Dyson fan; this could serve dual purpose and provide white noise if needed. Both bedrooms have televisions with Netflix. The ensuite bathroom is quite large and has double vanities, a rain shower, and a stand alone tub; the other bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and both bathrooms have multiple lights and switches which provide excellent lighting for makeup application (inadequate lighting is a common problem in many hotels and other rentals.) Both bathrooms have 1 litre bottles of Aveda shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with a blow dryer, flat iron, and hand held mirror in the ensuite. There are plenty of white fluffy towels for daily use as well as towels specifically for the beach. Note that the ensuite bathroom door is a sliding barn door and doesn’t lock, so if you prefer extra privacy you may wish to use the other bathroom. The kitchenware was extensive including Riedel wine glasses, Henkel and Laguiole knives, a Kitchenaid mixer, Cuisinart coffee maker and a French coffee press, etc. Some of the other extras and pantry items we appreciated were: a selection of coffees and teas, flavoured vinegars, oils and sprays, a huge variety of spices, and condiments. There is a designated parking stall that is semi-underground and can only be accessed by swiping a fob that unlocks and opens an automatic gate. If renting a vehicle during your stay, do not get anything bigger than a mid-size, as the spot is a bit tight with it being in an older building. (One thing to be cognizant of during the summer months in downtown Kelowna is that it gets very busy and noisy; location is something to consider if you have young children who need to nap and/or go to bed early.)
