A delightful apartment in Florence by Mmega

The apartment is in an excellent location within mins to everything, and is large and comfortable with a full kitchen and washer. It’s a charming solid character building with a lift and security door. Furniture isn’t anything great but bed was very comfortable and linen was quality and clean. Shower was the tiniest ever!! couldn’t even turn around, and no where to put ANY wash products?? It is very good value for money aside from the shower. Pity the check-in process is so second rate - hassled with many messages from the host beforehand to line up a meeting time for check in, only to then have to wait 30 mins in the rain on the street with the host saying she had other apartments to check in at the same time??? There really could be a better system eg pick up the key from nearby business or cafe.

We loved our stay at this cute apartment it was near all the things we wanted to see and Erica, the property manager was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions to local museum ect. My only suggestion would be to fix the outside noise coming from the bedroom window. It’s either the roll up blind or aircon. This was only a problem on our last night. Another wee suggestion is maybe invest in some nice bedding . The bed itself is super comfortable. We would definitely book again .we give this place a 9/10 and Erica a solid 10!

Apartment was very clean and apartment manager was very kind let is check our bags early. Location was amazing. Next to pointe Vecchio and also very close by to market and all other attractions. Location was probably the best experience our stay. Walking distance to train station making it where we did not pay for expensive taxis. Thank you and would definitely recommend to stay.

The property is clean and we liked the location- away from the crowds and quiet but still 10 min walk to make st of the attractionsThe owner was easy to communicate with.The property lack several thing that you expect to find: a towel rack or any hook in the bathroom to hand a PJ, towel etc.. soap or shampoo holder in the shower, paper towels, napkins, tissues, detergent.. We messaged the owner our suggestions.Overall we had a good stay

Very clean and spacious apartment. Close to everything. We enjoyed our short stay there.

The room was clean and in a perfect location. The bed is extremely uncomfortable though, it’s two very cheap twins beds pushed together. It would have exceeded expectations of the bed was good, but it was awful.

We had an A/C issue that was addressed and repaired immediately. Very responsive

The communication was great. The location was great. The apartment was beautiful, but the shower was nearly non-functional. It had a broken door with a shower curtain partially taped up. The second door was off the track and just hanging on. It was a challenge to take a shower. I am hoping it gets fixed for future guests. If so, it will be a great apartment.

Great apartment. We split our time vacationing and working remotely. This apartment had everything we needed for both aspects of our trip. Would stay here again!

Good location and ease.

We had a good stay at the apartment, very clean, and location is great.

The location was amazing. Communication was great. Heating was an issue. It took 2 days to bring the heat to a comfortable temp. No wash cloths, no kitchen towels. Bed was okay but not great. Blind in bedroom didn't work. Shower is not way too small. No smart TV, so no streaming in English for my 2 week stay.However, the place was clean which was a plus.

The apartment was located within walking distance of museums, cathedrals and other sites as well as restaurants and the river and the ponte vechio bridge. It was clean and well equipped.

Stayed here for one night and loved it. Clear communication with host and very easy to check in. Apartment was clean, everything worked, and had great A/C. Great location and would absolutely stay again.

The location was perfect. Short walk to the train station, the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. Lots of restaurants, cafes andcothing shops around the corner. A couple of grocery stores within a short walking distance.

Heart of Florence. Walking distance to everything. Wish I had know about the extra charge of $100 cleaning fee.

Overall the property was really nice and close to the train station and very central with a lot of dining options nearby. Madeline was on-time to receive us and walk-thru the apartment. She was very responsive to questions. The sofa bed was not that comfortable, but manageable for one or two nights stay. Being in the central location (nearby bars), it gets a little louder late in the night (during weekends) if you are sleeping in the sofa-bed (living room). This is just information for people looking to use the sofa bed.

The apartment was very nice. Close to everything and I had everything I needed in the apartment and it was all very comfortable.

Overall what we expected. Good location and it was clean. We asked the property manager if we could extend our check out by 2 hours the day before we left and they didn’t respond until an hour after our check out time.

This was an excellently located, clean, and quiet flat. The air conditioning was so welcome in the hot summer. The flat was immaculate and well-appointed. Our only trouble that there was not enough bedding for the soft bed, but we made due with what we could find. If we had been there a second night, I would have contacted the owner. They were very responsive. I just wish the bedding at been there right at first. Would definitely stay here again.

Communication with the host was easy and check in was a breeze! Great little restaurant right across the street from the apartment. Would highly recommend!

The apartment is right in the center of the city about a 10 minute walk from Ponte Vecchio and a 10 minute walk to Santa Maria Novella station. Everything was very clean and nicely set up. We were surprised to find an elevator in the building as well! Check in and out was quick. We loved the time we spent in Florence!
