Stayed Oct 9, 2024The apartment was comfortable and the hosts were so welcoming and helpful! The apartment is not right next to Old Town La Spezia, but the old town is easily accessible via car or bus in about 10-15 minutes. We liked how quiet it was, and that it had a magnificent view of La Spezia! Absolutely beautiful.

Stayed Sep 22, 2022We really enjoyed the communication with the VRBO host. They met us so we could enter the place easily. They also told us the best places to visit. Keep in mind you need a car to stay at this place or use Uber to get from the train station. (10 mins). The place has a beautiful kitchen with a dishwasher, and a great bathroom and a comfortable bed. We highly recommend this place.

Stayed Jul 3, 2022A cà da Susi is a compact apartment furnished with a lot of love with a beautiful terrace and small garden. We loved to sit on the terrace enjoying the beautiful view over La Specia and our hiking tours starting from the house to Chinque Terre (Riomaggiore) and Porto Venere coming back to La Spezia by boat. Alessandro, Sonia and Giulia had a very worm welcome for us and gave us some special hints regarding local events, suggestions for day trips and restaurants.
