wow absolutely loved our stay in Andy's apartment. it has every thing you need for the perfect holiday.the patio area gets the morning sun and it's there until mid afternoon which is a bonus if you want a leisurely day.there are plenty of restaurants and bars very close by as well.communication from Andy is 1st class he is so helpful and so approachable.Thank you Andy for our perfect holiday.

Apartment was comfortable and very clean balcony was spacious and not overlooked so nice and private beds comfortable lots of wardrobe space pool outstanding cannot fault this place at all host was there for us if we had any issues but we had none would book again if the price was in our budget

We really had a great vacation at Andy‘s appartment in Costa Teguise. Andy is a great host, he is very quick to respond to any kind of question. His instructions on how to get to the appartment are precise, check-in is super easy and comfortable. We absolutely enjoyed the pool area, there are always sunbeds available. Beaches, restaurants and supermarkets are close by. Costa Teguise is a great place to stay and it‘s not far from any other place you might want to visit.We would definitely book again!

Absolutely everything you need. A home from home the owner has thought of everything you would need. There was even a picnic bag with ice packs which came in handy for the water park trip. I received a detailed email explaining all I needed to know even down to what to say to the taxi driver in Spanish. The bedding smelt like it had just been washed the whole apartment was spotless. The balcony was amazing and became my favourite place. All I can say is if you haven’t booked, book it you won’t be disappointed.

We really enjoyed the apartment, which is very well equipped, quiet, the garden and the buildings are superb and the pool is fabulous.

We spent a week in Los Molinos and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The apartment had everything we needed and had plenty of space with a lovely balcony for relaxing when not out and about. The bed was very comfy and we slept well. The over the bath shower was excellent. We would definitely visit again and recommend.

We had a great stay here. The apartment is very well equipped. The terrace is large and gets the beautiful morning sun. The complex itself is quiet and well kept. I’d definitely return. Communication with owner was great too

Apartment was clean and comfortable, even though it was quite dated. Everything we needed was there.The terrace was nice with sun until late afternoon.The pool was gorgeous.Bars and restaurants right across the road and a 20 minute walk into the main part with lots to do. The beach across the road playa Bastian isn't great for swimming, but a 20 minute walk to Los cucharos beach is well worth it or you can hop on a bus for 1.40.Supermarkets are plentiful.Taxi to and from airport was 30 euros.We would return to this apartment.

Really nice apartment in a nice area, with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Also, a lovely secluded beach (Bastian) a few minutes away. Andy's (the property manager) info was comprehensive. We really enjoyed our time here.

Great apartment on a fabulous complex with spacious grounds, large pool with additional ‘quiet pool’ which was sheltered from the wind.Apartment was equipped with everything you could need, good wireless connection and fire to stick. Excellent information and communication from the owner.Location s 15 minute walk from Costa Teguise centre with plenty of bars and restaurants across the road.

Had a great 4 weeks in this apartment which is on a nice quiet complex within easy walking distance of bars/restaurants and small supermarket around the corner.

The apartment is very good.and the host Andy is very helpful when you needed him.and the cleaner Janet was very helpful. Could do with a umbrella on the balcony, overall the apartment is very good , and the complex is very clean. Ian.

Andy has thought of everything you could possibly need. Comfortable accommodation near to everything. Would definitely return.

I highly recommend this property on Los Molinos. Its ideally placed, a short walk to Bastian beach, shops & restaurants close by. Apt balcony not overlooked, open aspect overlooking gardens with palm trees. Pool area has no pool bar so is very quiet & relaxing. There is a bar at edge of site but no loud music. All areas are kept clean by maintenance staff. Apartment itself has everything you need for a perfect stay, lovely & clean, comfy beds, Plenty of space for clothes. Bathroom has shower over bath, it looked like a brand new shower curtain had been added. Washing machine in bathroom which was perfect as it was hot that week & we needed to refresh our clothes often. The host ,Andy, is easy to contact if you need him. We did contact him with a small issue that didn't spoil our holiday & he replied quickly. Andy provides excellent info to access property. Cant wait to return.

Had a fantastic week staying in Andy’s apartment, we had everything we needed for our stay. Location is lovely and quiet and the pool was brilliant, there was always sun beds available. Andy is a superb host, would definitely recommend, Thank you.

Well equipped , no noise at night , pool was great with plenty of sun-beds , bars and restaurants close by , beach was ten minute walk , Andy the owner was super helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment.
