Stayed Jun 29, 2025This property looks a little underwhelming on the outside. What's inside makes up for it. Everything was clean, beds comfortable, kitchen very well stocked, and plenty of room to spread out. View of the ocean from nearly everywhere you look. Ocean is a short walk across street and is usually not very crowded because there is no hotel in front of the property. Would stay again for sure.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025Beautiful stay! The housing was beautiful spacious and clean. The location was perfect with a great view. Truly enjoyed our time! Highly recommend 99 problems and the beach ain't 1. Just be mindful that the location has 2 flights of stairs, which may be difficult for some. House had all you need for the beach which is directly across the street! Centrally located in Daytona. If you are visiting Daytona with up to 10 people, give this location a try!

Stayed Mar 17, 2025It was super spacious, so none of us had to feel like we were on top of each other all week and our stuff didn’t have to sit out in the open. The master bedroom is absolutely gorgeous and the bed in there sleeps like a cloud. Would definitely return.

Stayed Feb 9, 2025When we pulled up we were a bit worried as the outside is needing some work, yet. We then understood that this property was recently bought by Salty Dog. The apartment was very clean, and had a great open floor plan. The bed in the master was so comfy I wanted to take it home with me! Overall, great experience and would stay here again.
