We spent a long weekend in Indy visiting our daughter. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing. One of the best things about the apartment is the location. There is a coffee shop on the corner and many restaurants and shops in walking distance. I appreciated the communication with Lannell. It was detailed and timely. If you stay, pop up to the rooftop for sunset. It was beautiful!

Great spot and roof access made it extra cool. Check in was a little complicated but everything worked perfectly. Lots of extra fees added up including mandatory insurance.

I want this to help not to cause harm! Being a business owner for 29 years I know things are not perfect! customer service and caring about the customers is everything! It can make or break your business! Since Covid customer service is a dyeing art,it is sad that customer care is not first priority to a business anymore. renting from Vrbo the renter is protected. I had to sign a rental agreement and purchase a non negotiable insurance plan! (A first). But what about the rentee We are not protected! It is absolutely unacceptable so many requirements but the owner cannot hold their end of the bargain and care enough to rent a clean sanitary Unit. The property and decor was beautiful and the neighborhood was awesome. It was very disheartening to see how unclean and unsanitary this unit was. completely covered in pet hair! When we arrived the top sheet was not on the bed it was in the dryer with a blanket and there was a few dishes in the dish washer! I was getting dressed I laid my black clothes on the bed and pick them up and they were covered in pet hair! we realized it was pet hair everywhere! All over the bed, floor,furniture, kitchen sink and the couch! soon I had a allergic reaction.allowing pets in a rental property is extremely dangerous you must thoroughly clean! you do not know what renter could have asthma or allergic(a lawsuit risk)owner offered to clean but why should I be inconvenience for something that should have been done( Returning client is goal)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this awesome VRBO! Pictures were EXACTLY as represented for this fantastic apartment. Lanelle took excellent care of us - she quickly answered anything we needed. This apartment is steps away from the monon trail, restaurants, shopping, groceries, and art! We couldn't think of any amenity that was missed during our stay. We will be back!

Stylish apartment walking distance to shops and restaurants. Nice to have onsite parking and easy access to the trail.
