When it comes to parking, 80 LEX could just as easily be name Easy Street: parking here is simple! And that’s exactly how it should be, when you’re on vacation.

You don’t need a car at 80 LEX but if you bring one, you’ll be happy to know that the one standard sized parking space for guests at 204 is easy to find and just a half a block away.


Additional Parking Options:
Parking Decks: Both the City of Asheville and Buncombe County operate safe, reliable and inexpensive parking decks. The first hour is free and the full-day rate is just $20, so feel free to leave your vehicle overnight. There are several parking decks within walking distance of 80 LEX on Rankin Ave; we’ll send all the details with your booking confirmation.

On-Street Parking: There are more than 700 on-street metered parking spaces in downtown Asheville. All meters are for short-term parking (two hours or less, as marked), at a cost of $1.50 per hour. On-street metered parking is free on holidays, Sundays, and every day after 6 pm.

Loading Zones: There is one right in from If you’re arriving via taxi, Uber, or Lyft, feel free to unload in one of Asheville’s dedicated loading zones, limited to 30 minutes (or less, as marked).

Accessing 204 requires climbing one flight of stairs, (22 stairs total). Parking is not provided. This is an urban setting, in a multi-tenanted building. Usual sights and sound of city living should be expected.

    We enjoyed our stay for 3 days and definitely will be back as well as recommending to everyone we know, thank you I will rate it 15/10 ? Clean,feels like we just moved in the new home, high quality appliances and have everything you need to cook including spices, oil even French press for coffee and tea, comfortable bed,well designed apartment, hotel white fluffy towels, great communication,close to everything in downtown ( we walked everywhere except mountain exploration)or short drive I can’t find anything negative or something needs to be changed ( I am well traveled and can be very picky) Thank you!

    My wife and I stayed her for an extended weekend, and it was one of our favorite places we have stayed anywhere! The apartment itself is beautiful, and the location is ideal. It is within walking distance to all that downtown Asheville has to offer, yet parking for the apartment was a breeze. The hosts are very professional and responsive. The roof of the apartment was being worked on when we first arrived, and the hosts voluntarily compensated for this with a gift card to one of the best local restaurants. Not to mention that there was already a bottle of wine and snacks awaiting us upon arrival!

    This apartment is decorated as if someone currently lives there! Not a single detail was missed in the kitchen or the bathroom! There were lots of special little comforts available to us.     Loved everything about this place. Great location in downtown Asheville. Easily walked all over but we rented a car to explore and it came with a parking spot that was easy to access. The place was a great size and had plenty of amenities. It was quiet and peaceful. Communication with the host was great through the app and his response time was quick. I also liked the link to the guide that was provided with all the information needed for the place but also about the area. If you want to stay in downtown Asheville definitely recommend.
