Stayed Nov 11, 2022Property was exactly as advertised. The host was very helpful. Check in and check out were easy. It’s close enough to broadway that an Uber quite reasonable. Truly everything we wanted.

Stayed Aug 19, 2022The property was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. My group of 7 rented the property for a bachelor party weekend. Everyone had their own bed and personal space. The host provided, coffee pods, towels, hand and body soaps (excellent touch), laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and glasses/plates. The property is brightly lit, very clean, and modern. The beds are comfortable and so is the linen. The garage can fit two cars including a small pickup, however, there is plenty of parking on the street. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Very close to downtown ~10 minutes. Felt like a resort after moving in. The alarm on the first floor lets you know when the garage door or front door is open. Second-floor patio doors allow for an open-air experience. The bathrooms are spacious, very clean, and modern, with perfect water temperature and pressure. I will def. recommend it to all my friends and would rebook when revisiting Nashville.

Stayed Jul 24, 2022We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this excellent townhome in Nashville! We were there for a week, and it was so easy to get everywhere because of the convenient location! There was room to sleep many comfortably, even though there were only three of us on this trip. The property was clean, and looked exactly as pictured when we arrived. We had such a great time using the living space on the second floor, and did some fun cooking in the kitchen throughout the week. Coffee was in the space, with plenty of K cups for all as we worked on our project. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!

Stayed Jul 21, 2022Pictures are very accurate, it is a 3 floor townhome and very good located in Nashville. Communication with homeowner was great and easy. The place was very clean. Every room has its own bathroom which is convenient. I would recommend this place for big families or group of friends.
