With its own garden area, the sheep on the adjacent fields and the birds in the trees the impression of being far away from any civilization, although Mallorca's second largest city of Manacor in just 10 minutes and the small seaside resort of Colonia de Sant Pere in 15 minutes , Here you will hear no sounds except those of nature. You enter the house in the living area with modern kitchen course with microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The 2 double bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the same level adjacent. Directly in front of the house in the direction of the garden there is a terrace with sitting area, 10 meters further there is the pool terrace also with seating area, dining table and brick barbecue area and a small lawn area.
