The inside of our accommodations was excellent although on arrival, it did smell a tad. We also liked the location in the sense that it was very close to Westnedge and grocery stores and restaurants. We really took issue with the outside of the accommodations, it was a little sketchy And we thought the label waterfront condominiums was a little too much because the water it speaks of is actually a pond and it’s more like an apartment than a condo. In conclusion, we’re glad we stayed here, but we probably won’t be back.

The house was really nice and the property was beautiful. We spent half of our time outside watching the geese and chipmunks. Very conveniently located in town but the apartment was very quiet and peaceful.

Unit was clean except cleaners left the washing machine full of sheets and towels. I dried and folded 2 loads of sheets. Left towels drying the day we left.

Property is inside a multi-unit building and on the ground level. It was quite, clean, and well maintained. Only one bathroom which was hard with 6ppl and was a little pricy but not outrageous. Owner was extremely responsive and accomedating. We would stay again.

My adult daughters and I enjoyed our stay. Perfect for a Mother’s Day getaway to the tulip festival (1hr away) Quiet neighborhood. Key to the entry was tricky. We chuckled as we are on the shorter side and the cabinetry and shower are definitely made for tall people. I would return again. Property owner was very responsive to questions and extending our stay by a couple of hours.

Easy check in, plenty of towels/dishes/toilet paper/etc which was great. Everything was clean and as described. Overall a very nice stay and we would choose it again in the future.

This property was perfect to come back to after a long day of wrestling and coaching. Previous years we have stayed in a hotel but in the future we will stay here. Very clean, spacious, quiet, prime location to arena and easy check in/check out process. Would absolutely recommend!

The unit was super clean and very comfortable! We stayed for a hockey tournament and the neighbors were friendly, it was quiet, and the view of the water was very nice. Would definitely recommend or stay again’

We booked this unit for a long weekend when we were attending an event in the area. The unit was super clean and comfortable, with newer kitchen appliances. We appreciated the washer/dryer present within the unit, and there were plenty of bathroom linens. The millpond was charming, and often had geese and ducks on it. The unit was very quiet, and we heard no one next door or above us. I agree with the previous review regarding the overwhelming smell of marijuana in the stairwell. Since cannabis use is legal in MI however, I'm not sure what the unit owners can be expected to do about it unless there is a no smoking policy within the building. The smell does not creep into the unit unless you leave the door open, which we avoided. The absence of kitchen linens is interesting because it simply forced us to use more paper towels, which I would think the owners would try to avoid. But these were small things, and did not detract from our overall good experience. We would stay there again without hesitation!

The unit itself was very nice, but the complex area looked rundown and there was a strong odor of marijuana in the shared hallway space. It was quiet mostly but the description didn’t say it was a first floor or lower level unit and the front door image didn’t help me know what the outside building really looked like. The checkout information was not in the unit, bedding and towels were left in both the washer and dryer and there were no kitchen towels. Prior reviews were very positive but I can’t give as high ratings.
