601 N Gay Street - Spacious Apartment & Patio

This is as a great place to stay while visiting our college student. We enjoyed the kitchen for sharing some home cooking with her and her friends. The knives were excellent!

Very clean and welcoming atmosphere! Beautiful accommodations! Very good location, easy to get campus! Info binder was very helpful! Host was amazing! Very responsive and very very easy to work with! Accommodated our changing schedule and we very much appreciated everything they did for us! 5 stars all around!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment.The location was perfect as our student lives at The Avenue complex across the street. The apartment is clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. The beds are very comfortable. The complex was quiet and well maintained. We only wish we would have found this place three years ago instead of for our last weekend at Auburn!

Wonderful, clean place to stay

The apartment was a in a good neighborhood and location. Very clean property.

We came down for the weekend so our young daughter could see some try outs. Had a great time, it was very clean and safe. Will stay here again.

The apt. Was great for the weekend. Walking distance to downtown Auburn and campus or a short Uber ride. Apt. had everything we needed and host was easy to work with.

Clean, simple, comfortable. Easy walk to stadium. Can’t ask for more.

Property is centrally located. Owner was responsive & answered questions in a timely manner. Apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairwell.

Good sized condo and good location. A little farther walk to downtown than I prefer but all in all a great spot.

This is the 4th property in Auburn that we have rented from these folks. As in the previous 3 times this was another very positive experience. They are fantastic communicators and respond quickly to any inquiries. This place was my spacious than I had anticipated it being – which was a nice surprise. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies for things you may need to cook. The only thing I would recommend to any renter would be to bring earplugs to sleep as the upstairs neighbors can easily be heard while they are walking around very late at night. (this is NO fault of the owner). I would be happy to rent this spot again.

The property was nice and clean. It was perfect for our time in Auburn. Super close to downtown. But whoever was upstairs liked to vacuum and stomp around from 1-3am.

Spacious 2 bedroom/bath apartment located on the 2nd floor. A little tricky to get your luggage up the stairs. Also could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around in their apartment so that wasn’t very good. Couch wasn’t comfortable at all. Place was clean, well stocked and conveniently located. Was surprised that I had to strip the beds. Really? Also arrived at night and it was very difficult to see the numbers on the lockbox.

This place has everything you would want in a vacation rental. Clean and well-stocked. Easy short drive or 30 minute ealk to the heart of downtown. It is on the second floor of a quiet condo building, so being aware that access could be an issue if stairs are difficult to navigate.

Great stay in Auburn!

Great place and location for a couple nights in town for CWE. Beds were fabulous! Bright, clean, updated, and nice shared deck.
