Stayed Dec 31, 1969This location was fantastic. The condo was clean, spacious, and updated. Jim was very helpful. He always responded to my questions throughout the year. Beach was right across the street. Pool was great too. Loved it!!!

Stayed Nov 3, 2021We had a great time and the owners are extremely organized and nice. The condo is in a perfect location and we jotted just across the street every night to see the beautiful sunsets. Highly recommend renting this place that the owners make you feel that it’s yours for time. Thanks so much we want to come back again

Stayed May 7, 2021This condo is just as advertised, beach access just across the street. Owner was very helpful with all questions in fact he went above and beyond which most condo owners don’t do when we arrived he called to make sure everything was good. Don’t get that at most places. This condo is on my must return list

Stayed Apr 19, 2025Had such a lovely stay at Jim’s condo, it was so clean and comfortable. The balcony was delightful and I loved being able to cross the street and walk right onto the beach! Can’t wait to come back with my husband in the future, it’s a real gem of a spot!

Stayed Jan 6, 2025Jim's condo was very clean, roomy, nicely decorated, and in a great location close to restaurants and the beach. The beach path is right across the street and only takes a minute or two to walk to the beach which is beautiful! I also liked the keyless entry and security of using a code to get into the premises. The bed was very comfortable. Jim was very prompt in getting back to me if we had questions, which I really appreciated. He was also very friendly, and prior to our trip had sent us many suggestions for dining and things to do. We would definitely recommend his condo and visiting Marco Island.

Stayed Jan 23, 2025We had a conference at the JW Marriott and decided to find someplace else to stay instead of the Hotel. This was just a few minute walk! It is a nice condo, perfect for a couple. Had a few questions when we arrived but got a response quickly plus some great restaurant recommendations! Beach access is just across the street. Honestly, it was a perfect location for our visit to Marco Island!
