5min Walk to Beach + King Bed + Free Beach Gear

Our stay was short but the accommodations were top notch! Everything was just as stated and our host, Matthew, went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional. Awesome host and 10/10 recommend booking and will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Nice place that had everything that we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Definitely better than a hotel room.

The property was smaller than the photos made it look, but was still enough space for my partner and I. Great location in proximity to the beach (really is a 5 minute walk to the beach) and not far from some great local restaurants. Would stay again!

Property was exactly as described. Location was fantastic - 5 min walk from public beach access; lovely residential neighborhood, 5 min walk from bars, restaurants. Property was great for 2 adults doing a short stay. Bathroom is pretty tiny and bathroom sink is miniature. I had to put my contacts using the kitchen sink and counter. That's the only thing that was a little awkward. The 2 beach chairs and umbrella were great. Matthew was a delightful host! Very communicative, truly kind and helpful.

My wife and I stayed 8 days....and felt wonderful....walking to the beach...and to cafes, first floor unit of a 3 unit building on a quiet residential street...so clean we could not tell that we weren't the firist guests!!! Everything provided in the ktichen...beautiful bath, living room couch included a 'pull-out' sofabed! Mathew took care of our every need...a phone call away !! You will not be disappointed!

A perfect place to stay. So close to everything, you can get through a whole trip without needing a car. Matthew is so helpful!

Stayed here for one night, wished we stayed more. Perfect little place for our needs and super close to the beach and restaurants. Loved the fire table outside and the lights. Loved that detergent was available and beach chairs and towels. This unit had everything we needed. excellent water pressure in the shower and loved the decor! Would stay here again, for sure! Also, Matthew was super communicative and answered all my questions. Easy booking process and we were lucky to be able to get early check-in. Thank you!

Great updated unit for your stay plus everything you need for the beach. Matthew is a great host! We stayed with a toddler and enjoyed it very much (free laundry was a great bonus).
