5m walk to sandy beach, restaurants & shops!

A fantastic property in a lovely area. About an hour from either Heraklion or Chania airport, the apartment has everything you need. Good kitchen facilities, amazingly comfortable beds, a nice big lounge area and two balconies. The apartment complex is quiet and tidy. The pool is brilliant for small kids but not noisy or busy for adults who want to relax. Panormos is a lovely little town, about 5-10 mins walk away, and has lots of lovely restaurants and shops. A small rocky beach is 2 mins walk from the apartment and the sandy beach is about 5-7 mins walk away. There's a shop about 200 metres from the apartment and cheaper, larger supermarkets about 5-7 mins walk away. You can drive to Rethymno in 25 mins and there are other towns and beaches all about 10-15 mins drive away. We had the perfect holiday and recommend the apartment without reservation.

This apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and spotlessly clean! Everything you need and more. The pictures dont do it justice. The two attached patios are on opppsote sides of the apartment offering beautiful mountain and ocean views for sunrise or sunset.We thought the location was the best in a lovely village that is in the middle of anything you would want to adventure to see. The pool area is gorgeous and quiet and never crowded.Most of all the owners were the most lovely gracious people who were so kind to us. I broke my leg and they really were so caring and helpful. Apartment is very homely and had everything you could need for the perfect holiday. Pool area very clean and peaceful. The town is easily accessable being a 10min walk, where there are plenty of places to eat and drink. A small supermarket close to the property has everything you require including fresh bread daily. Contact with host was easy and although we didn't require help there were contact numbers for any neccessity. Our third visit to Crete and yet again we were not disappointed and will be back again soon.

Pretty accomodation, beautifully arranged. Lovely sunsets, nice original cretan village nearby, a lot of good taverns. The place is a good starting point for various trips (beaches, culture, hiking). We had a very restful week.

Brilliant appt with everything we needed and only 10 min stroll into Panormos. Host was excellent dealing with questions beforehand plus a very warm welcome when we arrived even though it was coming up to midnight ! - even got us some basic supplies to get us going. Would thoroughly recommend

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The appartment itself has everything you could need and is a good size, we have 3 kids and it worked out really well. The best bit is you can watch the sunrise from one large balcony and the sunset from the other whilst also getting a brilliant view of the see. The complex is really well kept and clean and is wonderfully relaxed and quite. Plus the location is great. A short walk from Panormos which is a really authentic fishing village with great tarvernas. Christos and his wife were brilliant hosts and we couldn't of asked for more.

We stayed at the apartment for 2 weeks. It is a lovely apartment with every home comfort you need for a relaxing holiday. The standard of furnishing and amenities is excellent and the arrangements during the whole booking process were superb. The complex itself is lovely and well maintained - not too big but equally big enough so you don't feel overlooked or overcrowded. The pool is fabulous! We arrived very late evening and were met as soon as we arrived to be given the keys and shown around. The local village is a treasure - a nice walk in from the apartment to be met with a great choice of restaurants, cafes and shops - spoilt for choice. I would recommend this to everyone - you will not be disappointed. I would recommend hiring a car to explore - there are lots of lovely beaches nearby but equally if you just want a relaxing holiday by the pool its perfect!

Spent a lovely two weeks here with our two children (ages 6 & 8) and would love to return. Comfortable and clean home, great facilities and location and the owners were so welcoming and hospitable. Short stroll to the sea and to nearest town for bakery, tavernas and other shops. Great if you want to stay at home, relax and swim in the pool, but also easy to hit the road and venture in to the mountains or along the coast. Highly recommended.

We spent two weeks in this apartment complex in the small town of Panormos. The picture and description of the apartment does it fully justice, you will not be dissapponted, rather positively surprised. The apartment is very well equipped (too many little decorations if you have small kids like us) and spacious with two good bedroom and a very nice balcony overlooking the pool area. The service was excellent, both the owner and the guy looking after the apartments were very helpful and friendly, as was our impression of all Cretans. I summary, we very much enjoyed our stay, there were other families with kids staying there so the kids could play together. We would like to come back one day when the kids are older. The town itself is a bit small, but it has the necessary things like restaurants, small grocery shops and a pharmacy. If you want to go to bigger cities, both Rethymnon and Heraiklos are within 30/60 min drive, and there you will find all you need. The beach close (10 min walk) to the apartment was fine, be we liked more another beach in the next town up along the coast.
