Stayed Oct 5, 2025We have stayed in Indy a few times and this was miles above the rest. Communications were fast and clear. One tiny hiccup was addressed quickly and kindly. Parking was so easy to use and such a benefit. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Only thing to note is you must be smart phone proficient to stay at this unit. We had no issues, but my 80 year old in laws would have struggled. Not a complaint, just and FYI
