Stayed Oct 11, 2024Landlord will never send you check in information. We had to come out of pocket for a hotel out of town, and now have to wait for refund through vrbo. Do not book……..

Stayed Sep 13, 2024Not good. We were on our way from El paso and we were never able to get in contact with landlord. I was given a number by customer service as well and the number was disconnected. Customer service couldn't get ahold of them either. We ended up having to get a hotel out of pocket and wait til we got our refund.
