The spacious front porch is the ideal spot to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the sounds of the neighborhood. This is what true urban living is in the City of ATL. The neighbors to the right is a sweet grandma and to your left well they are getting ready to create their forever home, so don't look at it as a boarded up house but a new home being created. Create ATL, an indoor/outdoor covered co-working space, which is only 0.6 miles away. If you prefer a treat, consider going to Coco cakes by Coco's Westside, which is only 0.5 miles away. From there, you can enter the Belt-line and proceed to the Monday night Garage or Boxcar at the City Hop, West End, which is 0.5 miles away, all the while taking in the breathtaking scenery. Families will enjoy their stay at this house. The distance to the city is 2.5 miles. To the Mercedes Benz Stadium, 2.1 miles. Excellent for multi-family and large groups visiting Atlanta. Off-street parking, four to six automobiles fit comfortably parked in the back of our house. Hosts will work with Guests looking to host bridal showers, baby showers, wedding rehearsal dinners, gender reveals, ask hosts for hourly/daily rates.     Before arrival we were given detailed information on how to access the property along with videos. They requested the names and phone numbers of everyone that was staying there (which I loved) so they could have contact with us at all times if need be. The house was very clean and up to date. It was literally a home away from home. It was located minutes from whwer we need to be and just a few minutes away from downtown. I would definitely stay there again

    I will start out by stating that the location of this house is a little sketchy. Definitely wouldn't let children play in the front yard. Traffic is horrible with excessive speeding that you can hear all night long from the bedrooms, especially the master bedroom. The driveway is not designed for larger vehicles, because there is a tree on one side and concrete steps on the other....very tight fit for a vehicle. As far as the area goes we will leave it at this..there is plenty of cameras in front of the house. The house next door is an abandoned home with graffiti written on it. Lawncare came during our stay which made it very inconvenient even though the gentleman was very kind. Cleanliness isn't great considering bugs dead and trash under the master bed. The only pros I can say about this place is the shower is amazing in the master bedroom, inside of the house is nice, and being able to communicate with the host.
