Villa Caroline is a 4 **** (Edelweiss) star apartment recently built in the idyllic spa village of Seefeld with no expense spared. It has 2 large bedrooms one double and one twin, (also a camp bed is available and a bed settee in the lounge too), 2 bathrooms with twin sinks,showers bath and underfloor heating. Luxury bathrobes are supplied free to adults too. It has a fully fitted kitchen with everything needed for a self catering holiday,it even has a dishwasher and has all kitchen utensils.Downstairs is a shared utility room with washer and dryer and games room with table tennis. There is free internet(wifi). Satellite (including UK BBC,ITV, children etc.) on the large flat screen TV in the spacious lounge which , has 2 sofas and 2 comfortable leather chairs which enjoy the mountain views through large glass windows. There is an internal lift and indoor parking and a ski /boot room. The building was designed by a famous Austrian architect giving it a truly Austrian feel.

In their many different ways, they all say the same thing – that Villa Caroline is one of, if not the best Apartment House they have ever stayed in. And Frau Krug – the Senior Hotel and Apartment House Inspector who, with two others, spent an hour or more going over every detail at the time we opened in 2008, was ahead of our Guests in rating it as one of the best Apartment Houses she had ever seen – out of around 1,400. And that was without the benefit of the service our guests have subsequently received !

'I have just spent two weeks at Villa Caroline with my sister and Family (Ressle) and I have to say that it was the best holiday ever – primarily because of the wonderful Villa Caroline! It was so luxurious but cosy and comfortable at the same time, with exquisite views thrown in! What more can one ask! It was the perfect setting for the birthday celebrations.

Karen(housekeeper) is a gem and made us feel so welcome. I do hope we get to stay there again, and it was well worth the 3,000 mile trek from Bermuda! '
