Great location. Now the bad- a concierge that speaks no English and does not communicate any instruction on use of facilities. The linens were barely useable and the furniture old and uncomfortable. I would recommend anyone looking at this to consider staying somewhere else

The apartment was very cozy! Great location... 10 minute walk to several different metro lines. Pastries on Rue de Sevres, shopping in the Left Bank. Loved it.

Pascal was very prompt with communications. Great location… two close Metro stations, grocery, bakery, coffee shop and Bistro very close. Pharmacy next door.

My husband and I took our 18yr-old daughter on a graduation trip and this was the perfect location to enjoy Paris. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and close to d’Orsay and high end shopping. We really appreciated the two room cooling fans and floor fans, although the breezes through open windows was lovely. It was also great having a washer/dryer!Pascal was easy to communicate with, and she arranged for someone to meet/greet us for a late night check-in. We were very comfortable here and would love to stay here again.

We loved this wonderful apartment in the 7th. Pascale was extremely helpful and responsive. There was plenty of space for our family of four. Traveling around the city by foot, bus and metro was easy. Neighborhood restaurants were great. We highly recommend!

High recommend!  Lovely apartment, well decorated and equipped, with two full bedrooms and two baths, plus attractive living room, dining room and kitchen.  Conveniently located on the 1st floor (i.e., second floor in US terms), with elevator.  Quiet and secure.  Wonderful neighborhood -- three blocks from a major Metro stop (Sevres-Babylone) and Bon Marche, but also has its own community.  True locals restaurant around the corner (we enjoyed eating there twice), corner cafe where we enjoyed late afternoon/early evening drinks and people watching, and a local boulangerie (bakery) with an excellent selection.  Owner is supportive and readily available to answer questions.  

This is a wonderful apartment, located on a quiet street in the 7th arrondisement, left bank. The owner has taken special care to decorate the apartment in a cheerful fashion. It is a fabulous location and close to shopping, museums, restaurants, etc. Don’t hesitate to rent this apartment.

This apartment was great for us, having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was mostly very comfortable. The lift was helpful for getting bags up to the 1st floor. Coffee and tea were provided (Nespresso) and a lovely pot of homemade jam. There were good restaurants and groceries very near and transit too. Two negatives - the couch is not suited to adults over 40, being very low. And the bathrooms are just functional and extremely tiny. The host Pascale was extremely helpful.

We appreciated being met in person, the flat was inviting & easy to find and ideally located for our trip. The kitchen had everything we needed to pull together simple meals (the food hall at Bon Marché is a real treat). The beds were comfortable and clean. The little en suite & bathroom are convenient and very Parisien in scale (tiny!) which always takes a bit of getting used to for our North American sized family! The apartment has a spacious layout so our daughter could do school work in the dining room while we were in the living room and the bedrooms at opposite ends allowed everyone to find their own space. Having light from both sides is also lovely.

The apartment was lovely, in a good, quiet location, but minutes away from markets, museums and shopping. We stayed for 10 nights, and didn’t cook, but had breakfast in every morning. There’s a boulangerie around the corner for fresh baguette and croissant. The beds were comfortable (but we ended up buying pillows and cases). The master shower head needed repair, but was usable. Pascale has most likely had it repaired by now. We really enjoyed her mother’s art and rugs!Y

Pascale was an amazing host. She made it easy to arrive and depart and the home had everything we needed for an amazing visit to Paris. The neighborhood was everything we wanted and more. I would highly recommend this property and neighborhood. The home was perfectly appointed and clean. Thank you!

We loved this clean, bright and and spacious apartment in a traditional courtyard building. Pascale met us when we arrived, helped us settle in, and gave us great information about shopping and dining in the immediate neighborhood. The apartment is convenient to many wonderful museums and restaurants and a perfect landing pad after a day spent exploring Paris.

Couldn’t ask for a better spot to explore the left bank of Paris. Apartment had everything a family could need and is located in a quiet section of town but very close to everything one could need. My wife and I truly enjoyed our time.

The two of us, retired NY lawyers, couldn’t have asked for a better place for our short stay. The neighborhood in the 7th was easy walking distance to excellent shops, cafes, restaurants and other attractions, for example, the Rodin Museum and the Musee d’Orsay. Recommended without hesitation

We would like to echo the previous, positive comments about both the apartment and the host! Wonderful location, close to Musee Rodin and Invalides, a short walk to the right bank. Grocery stores and boulangeries nearby. Gorgeous apartment, with beautiful artwork, comfortable beds, and plenty of space for a family of 4. Pascale is, indeed, a very gracious, welcoming host who greeted us in person and showed us around the apartment. She also gave us tips about the neighborhood. Thanks again!

The in line description was perfect. The location was awesome. Close to so many things and metro. Beds were super comfortable. Pascale gave us a tour and we were ready to see the city. She allowed us to check in early as well. Quiet street at night so perfect for family If I come back to Paris I will stay again and recommend to others. My family and I made a last minute trip to Paris. Pascale was amazing host, who accommodated her schedule to fit ours and meet us at near 11pm to welcome us. The flat is absolutely lovely, and a close walk to all the sites in central Paris. I couldn’t recommend her flat more, and will definitely stay here again.

Pascale was great with communication and the property is exactly as listed. Very convenient, clean and in a safe neighborhood with restaurants and markets near by. Very happy with our stay.
