Stayed Apr 2, 2025This property was very clean. Would be a great place to stay for a couple or even a couple with one or two children. Very close and convenient access to the Vail in town bus. Not to complain about this property specifically. In general when booking with VRBO the price you see up front is nowhere near the price you end up paying. I was looking for a cheap place to stay for a quick spur of the moment trip. Just using this property as a place to sleep with all the other activities planned. After all the extra fees and addons the price for a three day trip doubled. They even charged me a property insurance fee even though I declined all the trip and property insurancs when booking. Post the daily price we are going to pay up front instead of making us go through the entire booking process to see the final price plus an additional charge I thought I had declined.

Stayed Mar 13, 2025Nice and clean. Had everything that we needed for our stay. Kitchen was well stocked and there is even a small washer/dryer that was convenient. Bus stop to Vail transportation center was very close by and just a few stops to get there. Would stay here again.

Stayed Dec 17, 2024Cute accommodations with everything including hiking trails a waterfall view across the Vail Valley, a market and liquor store next door; also next door to the bus stop which is free every 15-minutes to Vail Village, with connections to Beaver Creek and Minturn.
