3rd Floor Exquisite Condo At Waterscape Children's Playground, 2 Hot Tubs

This was our first time to stay at the waterscape.. the whole process from checking in to checking out was incredibly easy and the overall stay was wonderful and very kid friendly .. home away from home! We will def be back for future summer vacations

Great little condo! Comfy bed, chain lock on the front door (which is nice having littles), extra box fan, high chair, air conditioner worked great. All the important stuff was there and great. The resort was the only thing that could have been better, at no fault to the owners. The resort was super crowded in the beginning of May, the upper pool closed the day we checked in and was closed until the day we left and there were only 5 fully inflated tubes for the lazy river. We had a great time despite the aforementioned!

Great family location. Traffic was a little more than I thought it would be, but otherwise it was ok. Loved the fact that you didn’t have to get up at the crack of dawn and fight over chairs. You weren’t allowed in the pool area until it opened. Great access to the beach and the pool area and restrooms were very clean. Overall we will stay again.

We checked in on June 16-18 staying for one week. We felt like the room was average, we had a leak under the kitchen sink, the washer made loud noises as it went through cycles, the dryer took forever to dry, there was a layer of dust under the bed, the bunks were not comfortable, they stated a TV in the bunks, but it was a DVD, the toilet off the master bedroom was loose and moved when you sat on it. Waterscape stated it had lots of actives for children, when we checked in there was information on the activities, our grandchildren wonted spray tattoos, and our granddaughter wonted to get her hair braided, on the information sheet there was no price to have these services, but there was! the tattoos were any where from 5 to 12 dollars and there was a charge for the hair braiding. I asked the front desk and there was no good reason. My comet was if you call this a kid friendly resort and offer activiies why are you charging? and if you are going to charge then you need to disclose it. We felt like the resort was dirty, I took my grand daughter to the bathroom by the pool, it was so filthy it smelled like feces, and had trash all over the floor. We were there for 7 days, and could never get a chair out by the pool. Other guest put towels over there chairs and never sat in therm. Every time we went to the beach if we were lucky enough to get a chair is was on the back row, Guest would put towels over the chairs and never use them, On one occasion another guest had a pair of sandals on the side of two chairs, I put my bag on one chair, later when he realized it he moved all our stuff and said those were his chairs. Very unorganized. I would never stay here or recommend this resort or rent from Wyndman again.
