Stayed Dec 14, 2015Short distance to beach and shopping facilities. Perfect with two balconies. Cosy, comfortable and very well equipped, clean and tidy. Very useful information from the owners received in advance. All in all a perfect place to stay at the West Coast. Very friendly and helpful contact with the owners. Thank you very much!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We spent three weeks in this bright and modern apartment and we felt at home from day one. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Especially the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The beach, some nice restaurants and shops are within walking distance. So it's not absolutely necessary to rent a car. But also for trips to the island is Flic en Flac is a good location. Prior to our arrival we received a lot of useful information from the friendly owners. It was easy to get in touch with them in case of problems and we were helped immediately. We would highly recommend this property and we hope that we can come back one day. Astrid & Klaus

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Having lived in UK for 45 years and born in Mauritius where I visit every year, I decided to have an apartment which will be 5 minutes from the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants and I could not have chosen any better than this apartment. It was not only secure/ clean/ all equipment's in good working order/ very helpful Prem who is the person responsible for the flat / very happy maid that will do any tasks you ask, terraces on both sides giving you the best view of the town and facing the sea as one is on the 3rd floor/ quiet and a pool that is clean and maintained at a high standard. If you are thinking of having a home from home then think no further than this apartment with the owners Mr/Mrs K Oogarah always at your beckon call either by phone or the internet. The WiFi in the apartment will give you all the access you need for your emails and Skype. I watch all the football games from UK and surprisingly the reception is very good indeed. So if you are looking for a relaxing place in a safe contained apartment which is in a block of 10 with security then look no further. I will book again and I know visitors that came to see the apartment have already booked a year in advance. You will be home from home. You will be coming back again just like I am going to do soon. Stayed Dec 31, 1969Brand new apartment, super clean, fully equipped, 3 minutes walk from the beach. Owners and property manager very friendly and easy to communicate with. Restaurants, supermarket, bars etc all within minutes walk. Flic en Flac (small town where the apartment is located) is very nicely situated, very short drive from Casela, Black River National Park, Chamarel, Botanical Garden and other attractions. In general Mauritius is relatively small (45km by 65 km), and reasonably good roads, so everything is easily accessible! And there is so much to see! :) We loved staying in this apartment and our holiday in Mauritius! Ps. Property is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so maybe not suitable for everyone. We found a stairs to be an easy climb and actually loved that we are high up, as no one was overlooking our balconies (there are 2 balconies, one facing mountains, one beach - (not a direct sea view))

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Firstly have to say that this is a lovely property and the photos are highly accurate. From the point of booking the process was very professionally handled by the owner. The owner was kind enough to arrange an airport pick up and transfer to the apartment for an additional fee. Upon arrival, the property manager and gate security guard were most welcoming, helpful and informative. The property itself is very conveniently located only a couple of mins walk from the beach with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Despite the close proximity to the main hub of Flic en Flac there was no noise and the apartment was very peaceful. All mod cons are included and are in pristine order. Extremely clean and comfortable. Ideally this apartment is suited to a couple as there is only 1 bedroom. Would highly recommend to a single traveller or a couple. All in all I enjoyed a fantastic stay at Le Laurier and have no complaints whatsoever. I would definitely book again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great property, well equipped, clean and exactly as the photos depicted. Excellent location, very close to beach and amenities. Friendly helpful owners. Property had everything you needed for a relaxing stay at a budget price. Good wifi. I highly recommend this apartment. We will definitely stay here when visiting Mauritius again.
