3BR Premium Downtown Apartment with Office & Gym

The room were spotless and set up very nice. The apartment had a lot of amenities to help with the stay. Especially the kitchen setup which very much helped during the snow storm

The host was amazing and very communicative. Very happy with the layout and location and building amenities. The view was great and we were only a couple blocks from everything we wanted to do. The only thing that could have been better was cleanliness.

Property was as advertised. Three of us stayed here to golf and then go to the Panthers Cowboys game. Everything was walking distance or a very short uber. Check in process was seamless and the property manager communicates well.

It's was very convenient to downtown and walkable to a lot of eateries and shops. The Vrbo was very clean and stocked with supplies.

We were hardly at the space other than breaks from the heat and bedtime, which is good bc living space not very comfy but didn't bother us. The building itself smelled fresh and clean, as did the apartment. ONLY 2 tiny suggestions but not a necessity for us to come again, as it was a perfect location and space for our needs for both nights. 1st ., Definitely would invest in kitchen size garbage can, take out food fills up quick and could get messy in a bag on the floor. And as i do appreciate clear communication, it was A LOT. I literally got the goodbye text and departure instructive not even 24hours into my 3d/2n stay. I am not one to be on my phone, especially on vacation,(clearly bc i left my phone upon leaving!) & i VERY much Appreciate That text although i muted the company so i didn't see it until hours away. Grateful for the willingness to ship to by home, i would have thought after the immediate payment which again i appreciate sending it back to me, however 50 w/drawn w/o notfying me of cost, preference.i wouldve paid directly or taken from deposit. I still have not received my phone shipment nor my deposit of the 500. though i was told yesterday it was refunded 15 days ago although our stay was not until June21-24. I DO trust i will get both as this company even with all the directives and inquiries, everyone I've encountered is customer service orientated, i Appreciate that the most. I thank you and would love a text or email with a tracking number please

Apartment was clean & spacious. We loved the double vanities which gave us all room to spread out. Nice view of the city from the balcony. Location is great and there are so many places that are walkable.

Comfortable, clean property with nice kitchen amenities. Used the gym each morning and equipment all functions and seemed in good condition. Wonderful view of the city skyline at night - the children thought it was neat to see the Truist building change colors.

Had a great time in the city while there for a family event. Apartment is in a very nice building. Nice layout with plenty of room for all guests to have and their own space but also room to hang out together. Walking distance to many restaurants. No issues walking around at night. Expect a little city street noise at night.

The property is in a great location, easy access to grocery store (Harris Teeter), restaurants, bars and the view from the balcony at night is spectacular. Areas we really enjoyed include; Downtown, South End and NoDa. Charlotte is a great city and can't wait to get back and experience more of it.

This property is so close to the stadium, restaurants and grocery store it makes it so easy to enjoy yourself! It is extremely clean and comfortable. Would stay there again!

Beautiful condo, comfortable beds, and excellent location!! Park and walk to many restaurants and the Panthers stadium!!

We came for dinner and a game and were not disappointed only 3 blocks from the stadium

Great spot

Check in and communicate were great. Condo was very clean, beds were comfortable and great quality. Slept well even with some road noise from the master bedroom at times. The noise was various and not all the time. Over-all great time. I would stay again.
