3BR luxury apt, walk to downtown Cortona, and amazing view over the town hall

One of a kind experience

Location is great, view amazing

We had a wonderful experience at this special place. Clean and spacious with charming collections of furniture and art. We were able to open the windows and enjoy beautiful fall air and views. It is over a restaurant, so a little noisy but for us, just felt festive. We were able to have a few folks over for drinks and appetizers and they loved the place as well. Would advise that the write-up for the place includes that it is 4 floors up stairs and at the top of the hill. If someone is elderly or has difficulty with stairs, property manager should recommend parking at the lot where you can walk mostly down hill with luggage, even though you will need to pay. Also, be good to have a little more TP ( toilet paper ) and bar of soap provided. Would love to return!

This is a truly unique place. Great location, super views, amazing kitchen, nice bedrooms, and, well... interesting bathrooms! Fine, but quite small, and the one at the top of the stairs is a bit risky perhaps. But hey, it's a medieval tower!

Our stay at this property was excellent! It was well appointed and close to the town square, shopping, restaurants, grocery store etc ... Located up a slight hill from Piazza Del Republica with 6 staircases to climb gave us a good daily work out and an awesome view of the city and valley below, we loved it! Communication with manager Roberto was great, he addressed our needs promptly. We would definitely return to this property.

We were six in Cortona for a long wedding weekend - the location, just above the main square where we could meet with others - and see from the tower windows when they were there could not be beat! The apartment - like stepping back in time to a fabulous lifestyle. It is incredible. And very large. Cortona is very very hilly - be prepared - the steps up can be daunting, but not difficult ( our group aged 50-80) - just take planning to minimize the trips/ day!

The apartment was really quirky and wonderful. Overlooks the main square. Really added to our first experience in lovely Cortona! Would definitely stay here again.

This is an awesome space for visiting Cortona. Right in the middle of everything with amazing views of the square. There is literally only one flare road in Cortona so be prepared to walk up steeps hills and stairs. A lot. This apartment is up 4 flights of stairs so be ready, but it helps burn of some of the amazing food and wine.

This place is a dream come true. The photos don't begin to show the deluxe beauty of a rare opportunity to live like a baron or baroness of old. The views from the 4th story are spectacular. The furnishings within are impressive and historic. There is lots of room to move around and windows on e of 4 sides. Quaint and charming and situated in the middle of a very lively town. We were greeted warmly and given many helpful instructions by our host. This is a perfect place to base a Tuscan hill town exploration. Can't recommend highly enough. Michael M. Location is excellent. Only bad thing was there was no elevator and had to walk up 5 flights of stairs as this was hard for grandma. We had no problems we communicated our arrival time and they had a taxi waiting for us at the train station. We also needed a extra bed and they we able to accomidate us. We will be using again when we return.
