great location and clean house

Great location on the beach and two short blocks from the main street. Plenty of street parking for our car trailers. Debbie communicated everything clearly and the apartment had 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and it was quiet and clean. Perfect for our 2 night stay for our race meeting at the Phillip Island circuit.

Debbie (the owner) was very prompt and efficient with communication. The apartment and amenities were clean and plentiful. The area around the apartment was so peaceful and quiet. This apartment would suit a small family or two couples.

We loved our stay at this property, with myself, my husband, our 2 teenage sons and a younger son, it was perfect for us. With 2 living areas and 2 bathrooms we weren't all living on top of each other and were able to have our own space. It was located walking distance to all shops and restaurants and the beach only across the road. I would highly recommend this property to families wishing to stay in Cowes. We will definately be visiting again.

Property was very clean, well presented & appointed. It is within a short walking distance of central Cowes. Most convenient position right opposite the beach.

Secure and well-maintained apartment with a fully-equipped kitchen. Plenty of room to relax with two living areas (each with their own tv), a master bedroom with ensuite, and a separate room with a double bed and 2 bunk beds. The setup is perfect for parents desiring some peace from the kids! Internet is stable at ~25mbps and free, and the water in the showers is a good pressure and hot. The location is a short stroll to the waterfront and minutes to the main street of Cowes and dozens of eateries and amenities.

A nice apartment located on the Cowes Esplanade. Easy walking distance to beach, shops and dining. A very clean and nicely presented apartment with full amenities. Great host who communicated quickly and promptly.

This property was large enough to house a family without falling over each other. It was quiet and just across the road from the main beach. I would highly recommend it.

We did not stay due to lockdown. Hope to stay in the near future. The property owner is extremely helpful and understanding.

We had a great stay. Beach across the road, walking distance to all the shops, cafe and markets. Very quiet as the apartment is away from the main road. Parking and access was a bonus. Clean apartment with everything you need. Will definitely return.
