Stayed Dec 19, 2025This rental was a disappointment. From the moment we entered and were greeted by the strong smell of industrial disinfectant, everything seemed just slightly off. Not enough to notify ownership about, but enough to be noticeable and impact the enjoyment of the stay. Did the water come out of the faucet? Yes, but with the weakest possible water pressure. Was it decorated and furnished? Yes, but probably from Goodwill. Were there pans and cookware? Yup, but they were probably purchased in 1994. The living room rug featured in the picture? Nonexistent.And the refrigerator. Let me tell you about the refrigerator. It screeched and screamed louder than a baby goat being murdered, basically nonstop, beginning two hours of checking in and still going strong when we checked out, with a brief hiatus after maintenance stopped by with a can of magical WD40. This sound affected our sleep and every moment that we were at the rental. Management provided a small discount, but refused to offer more because the property was fully functional and occupied.If you're coming to Boca for a tennis tournament at Maci or training at Evert, the location of this villa is basically perfect, as long as you're planning on being at the courts 24 hours a day and never actually spending any time at the villa.When I notified management about the broken fridge and continued to send them updates, I received ChapGPT replies/apologies about how we understand your frustration and appreciate your feedback.

Stayed Dec 22, 2025This is our fifth, if not sixth year staying at these apartments. They’re clean, highly convenient and the team is super responsive. Highly recommended!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed 8 nights at the villa . Very well equipped, extremely clean and decently maintained . Walking distance to the tennis academy , grocery stores , eating places and other shopping too . Quiet neighborhood. Great for walks , runs , biking and golf . We will definitely be staying there in our future visits for tennis coaching
