Stayed Sep 27, 2024Location is good. Overall check in was a bit hard. We got in and the apartment is fine. It was perfect for us 5 guests (2 couples, 1 single). It wasn't the cleanest, towels were old, and the shower wasn't great. None of this affected our stay, we enjoyed Berlin and the location the most. Beds were comfortable and nice to have washer/dryer. But bring your own detergent if you plan to use it.

Stayed May 24, 2024Check in process was not great. In the app the check in process didn’t list the code to enter the building, also had a picture of the wrong door. The space was nice, but there were no towels. Called the owner who at first said we were wrong, but he ended up delivering towels that smelled like a wet dog and way over used. Additionally there was one on my wife and my bed. The shower was defective due to the bracket not holding the shower head. If you turned on the shower without holding it would shoot towards the ceiling. In the checkout portion of the app there were no instructions. Finally we asked to check out at noon instead of 11 and the owner declined. This experience would make me never want to use this VRBO again.
