3 Blocks to the Coast! Cozy Sarasota Retreat

Lovely accommodations! Would stay again!

10 min drive to downtown Sarasota. Don't get too excited by the 3 Blocks to the Coast - that's an insignificant detail to say the least... Plan on 20 min drive to the nearest public beach if you're lucky and there's no traffic. The unit was very clean! Only exception was the filthy BBQ in the backyard - could use some TLC. Furniture, amenities, and supplies are reasonable yet at the low end of the range for the price point. For example: Squeaky bed, sagging sofa, nice large TV but way too far from seating area, 2 rolls of toilet paper one of which at lowest possible quality, 9 nespresso pods (2 people * 7 days, do the math please), etc. Very weak water pressure in the shower.

The condo was cozy, and nice, but no cable TV, the owners want to spend as little money on the place as possible, and charge as much as they can get away with. my wife had to wash all the pots and pans; all were dirty with grim on them. Pillows all had stains on them. Mattress in the master bedroom had stains, and there was no protective cover... the other bed had a protective cover. I think the owners should go in and see the place more often. the cleaners aren't doing a very good job cleaning before the next renters come in. We would never stay here again. EVER!!! Also, as well we never stayed in a place without basic cable, should have that at least. This is meant only as constructive criticism. The condo is cute.

The property was decorated with a clean, beach vibe. The owner was very responsive if I had a question and there were many beach amenities to use so we didn’t have to buy it. Very thoughtful!

Very nice and clean! Looks exactly like the pictures! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again when visiting Sarasota! My favorite was the Nespresso expresso maker. And I loved the idea of having a washer and dryer in the unit… we didn’t have to take home dirty clothes. There were also beach chairs, and an umbrella to use at the beaches. Other amenities included a steamer, iron, coffee maker, and everything you needed for your use. Lovely place to stay!

This place was beautiful. Everything looks new this has actually surpassed our expectations. From coffee maker to big screen TV everything was there. I highly recommend.

Just a wonderful stay! The unit was clean and beautiful. Great location. My host was very responsive and helpful. I have always stayed in hotels when I visited Sarasota over many years but this was so much better. Can’t wait to return!

My experience with this rental was very positive.The unit was clean and organized.Love the shower area and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

My daughter and I stayed at this Sarasota apartment and loved it. The pictures are an accurate description. It is nicely decorated, comfortable beds, kitchen well stocked, great bathroom with tile walk in shower. Great porch for eating meals outside and outdoor area with games. It is a great location a short drive to downtown Sarasota and Lido beach. Walmart is a block or two away and Publix a very short drive. Everything was so ideal. I have stayed in Sarasota numerous times but this was my favorite place for multiple reasons. We had a few questions are first night and the owner responded immediately to our call and answered our questions. He was very kind and helpful. We has absolutely no complaints and would definitely stay there again.

Had to cut it short due to hurricane Milton

The property is conveniently located within minutes of beautiful beaches, fantastic restaurants and a wide variety of activities for all ages. The host was quick to respond and answer all our questions. We had a great time and hope to stay again!
