3 bedroom condo nestled in Historic fishing village - dog friendly

We chose this property in Swampscott, MA in July 2025 because of its location close to the venue for our daughter’s wedding. What a great decision we made! The location was perfect as we could easily walk to restaurants and the beaches. The 3 bedrooms were good sized, the kitchen was fully equipped, the living room had ample room for the 4 of us and the 2 off street parking spots were great. We look forward to returning to this lovely condo.

We had an absolute blast on our stay! The house was spotless and felt like a cozy home away from home. Communication was seamless, which made everything easy and enjoyable. We were super comfortable, and it honestly felt like the perfect place for our family getaway. Whether you're visiting the area or just need a fun escape, this spot is a gem! We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed and more. You can tell the hosts have thought of every detail to make guests feel comfortable. Communication was excellent from start to finish—quick, friendly, and very helpful. Clean place, great location and would be perfect for families with small children!

Very nice and clean, so close to delicious local restaurants! Family friendly, our kiddos loved the bunk beds, books, games and toys (great break from long car ride), absolutely would recommend! We never even turned on a tv. If you also have a family I would suggest a stop at devereux beach! Great Place!

Clean, perfect for girls stay. Great location if you need to take the train and only 15minutes to Salem using Uber.

Perfect location for a visit to my hometown. Walks along the shore, restaurants within walking distance and drinks on the upper deck made for a lovely visit with family.

thank you the condo was great it was a minute walk to the shops and restaurants right on the water. salem a short car ride away. we took a ride up to rockport along the coast which is a must see. we had a wonderful time. we would definitely return. clean family friendly

Modern condo. Perfect location on the north shore. Well taken care of, looks recently updated and maintained well.

Great place! Kitchen was fully stocked, even had plastic wrap and a coffee maker (in addition to the Keurig). Comfortable location, super close to the beach, quiet neighborhood. I felt safe letting two 13 year olds walk around by themselves.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect in downtown Swampscott. The process was easy. The place isn't fancy, but it had everything we needed for a long weekend. I would stay here again!

One of the cleanest VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in. Convenient walk to the downtown restaurants and shops. Also quick trips to Salem and Marblehead. Drive into Boston about 30-45 minutes depending on time of day and traffic.

The space was perfect for my Mom, two teenage sons and myself. Well stocked for everything you need. It was very clean. The neighborhood is quiet. The town was quaint and beautiful. Only a few steps from the beach, shops and restaurants. Justina was very responsive and provided a informative guidebook. We visited Gloucester, Rockport, Downtown Boston and Martha's Vineyard during our stay. Have no complaints!

We really enjoyed Swampscott and that we could walk to many things. Short drive to Salem and worth it!

The unit was excellent, very well supplied and lots of room for the 6 of us that stayed there. It was in a great location and very clean. The listing said it had AC, which it did, but it was 2 AC units, not central air. We found the units to be too small to cool the space. The day we arrived was very hot, so we needed the AC. Since there were only 2 units and 3 bedrooms we had to leave our bedroom doors open to get the air flowing. There were some fans provided which did help. We loved the unit, the location and all of the small details that the owners put into the unit. We would stay again at this location, but not in the hot months due to the AC.

This was our second time staying at the condo and it was as wonderful as our first time! It is a perfect place for kids/families with all the amenities and location. We highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area!

Blaney St apartment was exactly as promised and was ideal for my family and me. We were visiting family in Swampscott so the location was perfect for us. We had one issue with a trash odor which was responded to immediately. Appreciate the location and ample space. Recommend if you want to be near the water in a lovely town.

Place was perfect as we stayed here to visit Salem. The train station was a short 4-5 minute drive and then from there about a 7 minute train ride into Salem everyday super convenient. The place was very clean and kid friendly as well. Definitely recommend this place and communication with the owners was easy and quick to respond. Thanks for the great stay

Everything was good exceot for the only way to watch tv was if you had a roku stick which we didnt so no tv.

We had the best time on our short trip— we only wish we could have stayed longer! This place is a very short walking distance to awesome restaurants and ice cream spots (and a Catholic Church if you’re looking for Mass lol)! Every restaurant we tried was amazing and the town is cute and walkable. There's even beach access, though it's more for boats. My kids had a blast playing in the sand/rocks and catching hermit crabs on the beach. The unit was clean and worked perfect for my husband, our two kids, and my mother-in-law. The kids room was so cute- they have bunk beds and a trundle available. They had so many cute toys for them to play with and they even set up a coloring table in the room. We would love to stay here again!!!

This is a great neighborhood just off Olmsted Park. A quick walk to waterfront dining admission on the bay on the rooftop. Enjoyed playing SalemOpoly! Clean place with well equipped kitchen.

We loved the location of the property. It was half a block from the restaurants and shops. So close to the beach. The apartment itself was so clean and comfortable. Everything you could want was supplied. The back yard was a plus for our dog. We would defi itely book this property again.

We had the best time during this stay. The location is fantastic, just steps from restaurants and King’s Beach and Fisherman’s beach. The unit is comfortable and well laid out. We enjoyed the comfortable living room and felt the hosts were incredibly responsive. There are also 1.5 baths which is great with kids. We were there a month so feel like we are qualified to review the space. I highly recommend this home!
