Stayed Apr 14, 2019No sheets or duvet on single beds. Beds so uncomfortable, springs were sticking in us. No kettle. Place was dusty, we even wrote the word dust in the dust. TV or internet didn't work. Wallpaper peeled of one room. Hot water sporadic not enough for 2 people to shower. Big cracks running through the outside walls. We left 2 days early and went to decent accommodation and when we told Regine the reasons why we had left she totally disagreed so obviously her standards are totally different to what we expect. We were NOT happy and it was obvious that no money is reinvested into this property to enhance. Dreadful experience.
