3 Bdr Vacation Rental - Walk To The Beach

My family and I stayed for two weeks at the townhome and had a blast. The location is the very best part (walking distance to everything). My only complaint is that the neighbors above us were really loud one night - I addressed the situation with John and he took care of it right away.

Great location. Very spacious and clean. Some items missing that were supposed to be in home but minor and we enjoyed our stay otherwise.

The location of this unit is great! We brought a wagon to help us drag our gear to the beach, and our kiddo rode a scooter when we ventured “downtown” for food/shopping. The neighborhood is quiet. The owner kindly left us some vegetables from his garden. The unit itself is bare bones. There are no sheets provided. We also had to buy batteries for the tv remote, dishwasher pods, dryer sheets (because I had brought laundry detergent with us), and toilet paper. There were no “extras” like plastic wrap or aluminum foil. If you need any unique pots/pans, bring them from home. Oh, and bring a sharp knife or two!

The home was the perfect size for us. We were able to easily walk to the beach, the pier, and to visit with family who were staying in Ocean Park. I would definitely book it again.

The property was great. Big enough for a family of 5 without being crowded. Easy to walk to beach and drive to anything. John was a great host..so easy to communicate with about anything. Thank you gor a fantastic time!

Great 3 bedroom property on the first floor, each with a queen. You could squeeze an air mattress into one of the rooms if necessary. We were there for a very hot week but the window AC unit kept the place reasonably cool. Super convenient to the beach (10 minute walk), boardwalk, and shopping is a quick ride away. We drove down to the beach with our gear, dropped everyone off, and then parked at the near end of Fern to make the walk even shorter. The neighborhood was very friendly as well. The kitchen is small but we were able to cook in a few nights without an issue and the Weber grill out back was perfect. We would stay here again!
