Arizona summers can be intense! Our air conditioning system is designed to keep the home comfortable, but during periods of extreme heat it may take a little longer to cool to your preferred level. Thank you for your patience and for helping us conserve energy during your stay.



Mail & Package Disclaimer:

For your convenience, please note the following guidelines regarding mail and deliveries during your stay:

Direct Delivery Only: Any mail, packages, or deliveries should be received by guests in person or delivered directly to the property doorstep.

No Mailbox Access: We do not have access to the mailboxes, as they are reserved for owner use only.

Assistance Option: If on‑site coordination or retrieval assistance is needed from our ground team, additional charges may apply.



Pet Policy – Dogs Welcome!

We’re happy to host your furry friends Please let us know if you’re bringing them along.

Weight Limit: Dogs must weigh no more than 40 lbs, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed.

Cleanliness: Kindly pick up after your pets in both the backyard and front yard.

Pet Fees:

$50 flat fee for stays of 5 days or less

$15/day starting on the 6th day for longer stays

Cats: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats due to housekeeping allergies. Thank you for understanding.



Hot Tub Use

The hot tub is available by request only and must be booked in advance of your stay.

Fee: $50 per day

Access: Only one reservation at a time can use the hot tub

A Quick Note on the Bedroom TV: You might spot a TV in our bedroom photos, but we’ve recently removed it to give you a true, distraction-free space to unwind! Please note there is currently no TV in the bedroom. Thank you!



Fence Notice

A section of the property fence has minor pre‑existing damage. A temporary repair has already been completed to keep the area secure and functional during guest stays.

️ We’re in the process of replacing it with a new metal fence soon.



If you notice any additional movement or damage during your stay, please notify us immediately so we can address it promptly.

    Perfect location, great stand-alone casita, beautiful property. Private, quiet, classy & fun. However - we could only get one burner on the stove to work (the one closest to the smoke alarm, which went off repeatedly), one remote for all 3 TVs to work, the washing machine doesn't work & the host did not get back to us about it. And the living room curtains are so fragile it's ridiculous. It seems like a lot of complaints but everything else about the place is so nice, those screw-ups didn't bother us that much!
