Stayed Sep 21, 2023Great location if you are keen to walk everywhere. Handy to restaurants and amenities and Old Town. If you prefer a good night's sleep on Friday Saturday, rather than being kept awake until 3 am, this is not the location for you. St Roch has an active nightlife.

Stayed Jul 30, 2023We stayed here for a couple of days. It was perfect for our family. It was farther out of the city than we thought but I liked the interesting neighbourhood. The back patio was perfect for us. I enjoyed our stay thank you.

Stayed Oct 14, 2022We arrived on a Friday night and went to Old Quebec which is just about a mile away. We found the location of our place wonderful. Most nights we just walked around the corner to find a great restaurant, good pastries for breakfast or a grocery store. Location was great. The place was clean, modern and perfect for the two of us. We would stay again.

Stayed Sep 25, 2022The place was a bit difficult to find. When contacting the property manager, she was very helpful and walked us through the getting to the property and into the apartment. The parking lot was in close proximity, but not at the location of the unit. Therefore, we unloaded our things, and then parked the car. The unit had everything we needed. It was perfectly clean, which is a high priority for us. It was a bit of an uphill walk to Old Quebec City. My husband and I like to walk, so that did not present a problem for us. We enjoyed the walks to/from. We were pleased that there were several markets/grocery stores nearby, so we could access any items we wanted easily. Overall it was a good stay for us.

Stayed Aug 13, 2022Close to the old city without being too crowded. Some small but fine amount of music/noise from restaurants around but bedroom was on quiet street. Kitchen well equipped, bed very comfortable. Parking pass very convenient. Quick drive to upper old Quebec - recommendation: park under the city hall,, there are four levels of parking and it’s central. Apartment has great little covered terrace to sit outside. Would return definitely.

Stayed Jul 24, 2022The neighborhood is so much fun. Similar to brooklyn's williamsbourgh in vibe and street life. The place seems freshly renovated and overall clean though I found I couple of lint loads behind the nightstands while trying to plug my electronics for the night. The place is small enough to cover all the corners. Also, my kids found some hair on their bedsheets upon arrival. Otherwise, the place is sunny and welcoming. A solid 4/5 due to location.

Stayed Jul 20, 2022This apartment is centrally located within a quiet, mostly residential neighborhood, with shops and restaurants only minutes away. Old Quebec is a nearby 30-minute walk/10-minute drive. Breezy terrace is perfect for cocktails, conversation, dinner, coffee and games. We loved staying here!

Stayed Jun 26, 2022The apartment was clean, bright and contemporary. Everything seemed almost if not totally brand new. Sandra, the host, was easy to communicate with and left a very clear booklet in French and English with all the necessary info for the apartment and area. I definitely recommend getting the parking pass, it was worth it and parking on the streets is very limited. The parking lot is an easy 3 block walk away. The drive to the Old City area was only about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic and our 21 year old kids walked there and back easily several times. Had no trouble finding good places to eat. We recommend Nina - right next door for pizza - amazing! Overall we enjoyed our stay.
