Stayed Oct 26, 2023We loved the apartment - it was decorated beautifully, clean, and well kept. The host was great and accessible. The apartment location is central to both coast of St Pete with great entertainment, restaurants, bars, museums, and beaches a short drive/uber away. Definitely would consider staying here again when I am back in the area.

Stayed Jun 2, 2023The unit is adorable, check in was easy and neighborhood was cute. After a big rain we had an issue with multiple palmetto bugs (big water roaches) scampering across the floor, kitchen counter and shower surround. My toddler was terrified and wouldn’t sleep all night. We had to keep our luggage zipped and off the floor. Checked out immediately after waking up the next morning and were really upset to hear that only half of our money was refunded. We spent less than 12 hours in the unit as part of a 3 night booking. I won’t be using VRBO again due to this inflexibility. Not like we did anything wrong… and we were the ones who had to scramble for new accommodations.

Stayed Apr 28, 2023Very clean home nice place to stay unfortunately there is only 2 bedrooms and when booking we thought it slept 6 at most your sleeping 5 with 1 on the couch but other then that we had a great time great place to stay close to downtown and priced write

Stayed Jan 12, 2023We were in St.Pete for a quick visit and stayed in the “Conch Key”! We absolutely loved it! It was as nice and cozy in person, as in the photos. Check-in was easy; space was clean; beds were very comfortable; sheets, towels were nice; it was very nicely decorated (my teen daughter loved the smaller room with cats on the wall); kitchen was well stocked… It was nice to find 2 bottles of water in the fridge too! The location is great; just a 5-6 minute drive to the pier and restaurants. Communication was good. Only small suggestion would be to add some shelves in the bathroom as there was not enough counter space for three persons’ toiletries. Overall, a very nice place to stay!
