Stayed Dec 20, 2025The check-in process was difficult - several telephone calls/texts, then we had to meet a stranger on the street to give us a keyfob - was not a good experience. Then, the checkout procedure is just as bad - you have leave the key in the light outside the front door, but you cannot operate the elevators without the key - and from the 20th floor, that's not convenient - especially if you parked a vehicle in parking garage - which was another pain point. The keyfob never functioned properly to open the parking garage gate, leaving us scrambling to try and park every time we returned to the apartment. Was difficult and inconvenient to rent this location.
