Inside, you’ll find a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen for easy meals and snacks, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a full bathroom with shower, Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace. The apartment is decorated in light coastal tones for a relaxing beachy feel.

Guests have full access to the entire private apartment and the shared outdoor courtyard area. The courtyard includes 2 BBQ grills, outdoor tables and seating under a canopy, and an outdoor shower.
Guests will also have access to onsite beach gear, including beach wagons, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas.

We want you to have a smooth and enjoyable stay. We’re available through Airbnb messages before and during your trip if you need anything, have questions, or would like local recommendations.
A digital guidebook will be shared prior to check-in with property details, local dining suggestions, activities, and area highlights to help you make the most of your stay.

Please note: Because the property is located near a main beach road, some guests may notice a little road noise, especially in the bedroom closest to the street. Guests still love the location for its convenience, walkability, and quick beach access.
Maximum of 1 vehicle is permitted. Please park in the assigned parking space only.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
No parties or events.
No smoking or vaping inside the unit. Smoking inside the property will result in a minimum $500 smoking remediation / deep cleaning fee.
No pets. Unauthorized pets will result in a minimum $250 pet-related deep cleaning fee, plus any additional charges for extra cleaning, odor treatment, or damages if needed.
Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
Please rinse off sand using the outdoor shower before entering the unit when possible.
Beach gear is provided for guest use — please return all items to their proper place after use.

BBQ grills and courtyard are shared spaces — please clean up after use.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. Repair/replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

Lost or damaged beach gear, linens, furnishings, or household items may result in replacement charges.
Please report any damage, maintenance issues, or missing items as soon as possible so we can address them quickly.

Checkout procedures
Before checkout, please:
Place all trash in the garbage bin located through the courtyard next to the outdoor shower
Leave used towels on the bathroom floor
Leave beds unmade
Return any used beach gear to its proper place
Please note: Violation of occupancy, parking, noise, smoking, pet, or party rules may result in additional fees and/or early termination of the reservation in accordance with Airbnb policies and local regulations.
