This industrial-chic two-level penthouse spans 2,000 sq ft, featuring soaring ceilings, exposed concrete, original ductwork, and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the Halifax harbour. A glass-railed staircase leads to a private lofted lounge above, which opens onto a private enclosed rooftop terrace with a saltwater hot tub.
