220M. Steps to Beach + Boardwalk

It was a great location and had comfortable beds and a pretty clean couch. It was spacious and had nice porch seating. The host was very nice and quick to reply and help out. The floors needed recleaned when we got there, but there was a nice swiffer in the closet. The bathroom was big and had towels. The shower was huge and very nice, but don’t look too closely above head level. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, so it probably stays too wet. The washing machine does not work at all. I looked up the error codes when our clothes got trapped inside, and it has to do with water level sensors. No water ever entered the machine. The dryer does work, but was filled with sand, and there was no vacuum. The freezer was all iced up when we got there, and when it defrosted, water leaked across the floor. This was the case once a day each day we were there. The master bedroom smelled musty and I found a wet spot on the ceiling. I cleaned black off with Lysol I found under the sink, but the black spot returned before we left. Neither the bathroom or kitchen sinks have stoppers, and one of the bar stools was broken. My kids really liked the place, and it really would be great with some work.

This was a very nice property. It was everything as-advertised and more. It had a very practical layout and nice decor. It had very comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and nice outdoor areas (side yard and front porch). It was a little bit of a walk to the beach, but very manageable and convenient location for our needs. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property and would rent again.
