2/2 condo, with fantastic views of the beach

The location of the property was excellent! Great views. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach so I wouldn't recommend for those who have a hard time getting around. We knew it was going to be a bit of a walk so we didnt mind at all and enjoyed the walk. The large balcony was also wonderful! There was plenty of seating on the balcony and in the living area, which is very hard to find in condos. The condo had everything we needed except it would be nice to have more bathroom wash clothes and hand towels. There was only 2 wash clothes and no hand towels. The only major complaint I have is the beds and pillows are horrible. No one slept well at all and our necks and backs hurt so bad from the beds! We tried adding blankets and mattress pads to the 2 twin beds, but it didnt help. They are very hard and can feel springs. The queen bed isnt as bad as the twin beds, but still not good. The pool was very nice. The staff we encountered were all very friendly from the building manager, housekeepers. Maintenance, security and even the construction workers. There was construction going on which irritate some people, but we didnt mind and were actually glad to see they were updating the hallways. Kelli was great communicating with me and responded quickly. If all beds were replaced we would stay again. I still rate this property a 5 star!

Loved Marco Island! This unit was great and the view was beautiful.

Spectacular view. Enjoyed sitting on patio which was both extension of pool and beach.

Well stocked, beautiful beach front location. We loved our time in Marco island!

This location has easy access to the beach and the views were incredible! There is a great pool, but it was closed a few days because of chemical problems. There were beach chairs, a cooler, and umbrella. We really enjoyed our week here!

We have found our new favorite South Seas unit! Thank you Jim for being so hospitable and kind. We will be back soon

The view is absolutely beautiful and this condo is laid out perfectly! Kitchen very well stocked. Although a hike to get to ocean it was well worth it and a beautiful walk (our average time was 15 minutes). The wrap around balcony was fantastic with breathtaking sunsets! If anything this condo has more features than listed. Was pleasantly surprised! We would definitely stay here again.

Lots of updates in the unit. Master shower was not working and we were not told this till we got in very late. Got a call the next day saying they were trying to get someone to fix it. Never heard another word about it. Was a little inconvenient. Someone should say something about the hallway carpets they are absolutely disgusting. Just takes a carpet company to come in and try and get them cleaned.
