204 - Excellent Value Beach Side - Estepona Marina - Internet - Aircon/Heating

Apartment is well located to public transit, local market and food stores, as well as many restaurants conveniently a short walk downstairs and overlooking the marina. Kitchen was equipped for preparing meals. Excellent local fresh fish available. Enjoyed the sunrise view from the balcony. Appreciated the excellent and timely communications from Genius staff.

Lovely apartment in good spot, parking on site a bit tight. But plenty of free parking near by. Great stay.

This apartment is in a great location to enjoy a good number of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The apartment itself is clean and has sufficient amenities for your stay. There is also a communal pool area, which isn't amazing but sufficient to spend a couple of hours lazing in the sun and to have a little dip in the water. You can take a stroll down to Estepona beach which is little more than 20 mins away. Overall a clean, basic apartment which is good value for money.

Nice property in a good location, it would have been nice to have had some English TV programs i.e. BBC World News without having to pay extra. However, its just a minor issue.

A light airy 7th floor apartment, with efficient lift facility,and astonishing views set in attractive private grounds.. From its balcony you can enjoy breakfast whilst watching the sunrise over the Marina! There is a well appointed modern kitchen, including microwave, full cooking facilities and washing machine, with open plan lounge/ dining area. Good Wi fi ,TV and comfortable seating. A double - amounting to superking size - bedroom, as two singles put together,with very comfortable beds, and ample room for suitcases and wardrobe for clothes. Ironing board, iron and clothes airer are provided..Patio doors open out to a small additional sitting area and thence to outer balcony. with table and chairs to seat 2 persons .There was air conditioning but this was not required on our visiit. Hot water was plentiful and the shower over bath worked well. Within a few minutes walk there were restaurants aplenty or a very economical small supermarket if self catering. The apartment is set in attractive private grounds..We parked nearby in a free parking area - space availability may well depend on time of year.. a very short walk to the beach and promenade as well as the very pleasant old town area of Estepona We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay here and would thoroughly recommend it.

We stayed 2 weeks in this apartment. This was perfect in every way. The place is clean and very comfortable. Nice view of the marina, the bed is fantastic, in the kitchen we found everything needed to cook a light meal fast. Safe parking is available if you arrive with a car, as we did. Valeria is the best host I have met on home away web. Our communication was fast and she responded to every request . Thank you Valeria! we hope to come back another time.

The apartment is very clean, comfortable. Here is everything you need to live comfortably. We spent one month in the apartment and we felt at home.

Valerie,who runs the property picked us up from the bus station and took us to the apartment,this apartment has everything u need,great views of the marina,quiet at night with doors closed,the location is great and supermarkets on your doorstep,will definitely be back again.
