This is a wonderful studio apartment to stay in when visiting San Diego if you are driving. The beds are so very comfortable, and everything you need has been provided in the kitchen and bathroom. The location is super quiet, safe, and private. The hosts are easily accessible with questions and helpful. It's like having all the comforts of home away from home - much, much better than staying in a hotel of similar price. Everywhere we went was between 15 - 30 minutes of easy, traffic free driving. Very convenient, comfortable, clean, well-stocked - it made our stay so far from home awesome!

Unit did not have built in heat, there was only one space heater and we had to ask for a second due to unusually cold weather. Minor issues with wifi connectivity, not all devices could connect.

The studio apartment was small but perfectly maintained, with a huge closet. Great location for visiting my mom in Spring Valley, but also easy to hop on freeway to get to San Diego. Would definitely stay again.

I love staying here! Clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything the San Diego area has to offer. Hosts are super responsive and welcoming. This is a gem and close to SDSU! highly recommend!

This is my second stay here with Jenny and Saul Pena, and I hope to have many more as my daughter is attending SDSU. I love that it is a stand-alone apartment with separate entry. The beds and bedding are extremely comfortable - most important! The apartment is clean and nicely decorated. The full kitchen allows you to cook your meals easily. There is a huge walk in closet to store all your items so easily. The bathroom is spacious with a nice shower and sink. There is a little sitting area with TV as well. It is quiet, safe, and so conveniently located. I travelled for a week here to and from the airport, to SDSU, Coronado, La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach, and Mission Trails, and never had to fill up gas OR be in the car for more than 30 minutes.. The hosts are very responsive, and answer any messages within minutes. I highly recommend this apartment!

This little place is super cute and nicely decorated. The closet is huge. We wish we had a little welcome note. Only a few negatives and none of them were a huge deal. A bigger coffee pot would of been nice because we had to make 2 pots just to fill up our travel cups, no oven mitts were provided and no kitchen towels to dry hands or dishes. We only planned on breakfast there because our daughter lives in town and there wasn't a toaster. And only 1 roll of t.p. and if course we didn't notice that ahead of time. I'd change the mattresses because one is super soft and comfy but I felt like I was going to flip out of bed, my husband's bed was hard and we had to bring over stuff from our daughters to make it more comfy. But like I said nothing was a deal breaker. We loved the closeness to stores and our daughters, we would love to stay here again in the future.

We were here for 4 weeks. We felt totally private even though the studio is attached to their house. They provided everything we needed and they’re friendly to boot. The studio itself is quite spacious. Comfy bed, Just enough cable channels and great internet. The back and front patios are beautiful and we were welcomed to use them both. The kitchen is fully functioning and efficient. There’s plenty of cupboard space and a HUGE closet to get your stuff out of the living space. We highly recommend this place for short or longer stays. Jenny was very virtuous and gracious and made sure anything that was needed she could help and attend to ! The studio is very cozy and felt welcoming , the distance from downtown and other experiences is very good as you are just about in the middle of everything ! Jenny was a great host and i would recommend to anyone wanting to have a sty in San Diego to book with Jenny !

This was my second stay at this private, clean and new fully equipped unit. The owners Jenny and Saul are very helpful. Kitchen and Bathroom are 100% new. The two double beds are comfortable with comfortable bedding. I would recommend this property for either a short or long term stay.

This is a fully remodeled separate entrance unit in a home in a quiet neighborhood. The owners Saul and Jenny and very accommodating and helpful. Perfect for one or two people. Close to everything in South San Diego County.

The studio apartment was newly remodeled. Twin beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for two people. Kitchen modestly furnished with stove/oven and full size fridge. Very quiet and safe residential neighborhood with easy access to grocery store nearby. Owners were attentive to our needs. Street parking with private entrance. Also easy access to nearby freeway. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.
